Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein kippbarer Kasten für Fuhrbetrieb, bei welchem der Kasten gegen das Untergestell abgekippt werden kann. Das kennzeichnende Merkmal der Erfindung besteht darin, dafs sowohl das Wagenuntergestell als auch die Unterseite des Kastens mit zwei Eisenbahnschienen oder ähnlich profilirten Trägern versehen ist, und zwar derart, dafs die Schienen des Kastens zwischen die Schienen des Untergestelles und dicht an letztere zu . liegen kommen. Eine weitere Verbindung zwischen Kasten und Untergestell besteht nicht. Infolge dieser Schienenanordnung wird die Anwendung eines Scharniers, einer Zapfenlagerung und dergl. erspart, da die Drehung, gleichgültig nach welcher Seite, stets um die abgerundete Kante einer der unteren Schienen stattfindet. Die Schienen α sind in geeigneter Weise auf dem Untergestell b des Wagens befestigt und in der Längsrichtung des Wagens verlegt. Im vorliegenden Falle ersetzen also die Schienen α auch den sonst erforderlichen Langbaum oder die Längsträger zwischen Vorder- und Hinterachse. An dem Kastenboden sind die Schienen c derart angeordnet, dafs sie, wie in Fig. ι deutlich ersichtlich, parallel den Schienen α und dicht an diesen liegen. ' Als Vorrichtung zum Ankippen des Wagens ist in der beiliegenden Zeichnung beispielsweise der bekannte Spindelantrieb gewählt. Die Spindeln d werden durch Schnecke e und Schneckenrad f bethätigt. An jeder Seite des Wagens liegt eine derartige Anhebevorrichtung, so dafs der Kasten nach jeder Seite hin gekippt werden kann. Statt des eben erwähnten Spindelantriebes wird sich auch vortheilhaft ein Zahnstangenantrieb in Anwendung bringen lassen. Die Sohle des Kastens hat eine derartige Breite erhalten, dafs das Gut nach Ankippen des Kastens stets seitlich der Räder niederfallen mufs. Es wird hierdurch der Uebelstand vermieden, dais nach Entleeren des Kastens die Räder oft bis an die Achse in dem Gut stehen, und die Pferde beim Fortfahren des Wagens häufig über ihre Kräfte angestrengt werden -müssen.The rails α are fastened in a suitable manner on the underframe b of the car and laid in the longitudinal direction of the car.
