Description
KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL
PATENTAMT.PATENT OFFICE.
The present invention aims to provide the interior of the footwear with more air than before to be supplied, including especially for people suffering from tail foots with increased need is available. The essence of the invention consists in an open, split sole, between which air enters or is artificially pressed, which then makes its way finds its way into the inside of the shoe through the perforated insole.
The accompanying drawing shows top views in Fig. Ι on an insole, Fig. 2 on the underlying steel plate, FIG. 3 shows the steel plate lying over the actual sole; Fig. 4 is a side view of the combined sole parts.
The actual insole α of any shoe or boot is perforated at several points b. Beneath it and connected to it lies a thin, well-resilient steel plate c in the shape of the insole, only slightly set back with its edge against that of the insole. This steel plate c has a series of holes d on the ball part and on the heel part, which coincide with the holes b in the insole (about 13), as well as (about 5) special holes <f, in which small pins e are also very thin , elastic steel plate f fit exactly. These are inserted into the holes in the finished sole and riveted around in such a way that a space of about one centimeter remains between the steel plates c and f. The steel plate f, of the same shape as the actual sole g on which it is attached, has a small bellows h and z, one flap of which is fixed on the steel plate f , in order to generate a draft on the ball of the foot and on the heel part. The free end of the other flap of the bellows h is moved by a leaf spring k designed as a bracket and lying transversely above it, which by means of a pin leads into an opening m of the plate c and the insole a . Likewise, a pin η of the spring q, which influences the movable flap part of the bellows i , moves in an opening ο of the plate c and the insole. So that on the one hand these pins do not become a hindrance when walking, the insole α is covered at the relevant points; and so that on the other hand the unsupported point on the foot cavity does not push through, two leaf springs ρ (Fig. 3) are arranged between the plates, the ends of which can slide towards the toes.
Die beim Gehen auftretende Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung ist folgende:The mode of action of the device when walking is as follows:
Um zu verhüten, dafs Staub,When the heel rises, the bellows i sucks the used air out of the inside of the shoe, while fresh air from the outside between the soles and / or. Steel plates c and_ / steps. If the heel sinks, the vapors sucked in by the bellows i are expelled through its nozzle, while the bellows h sucks air out of the front part of the footwear and fresh air can come out from under it. When the heel is raised, the fore part naturally lowers, and the bad air drawn in is expelled from the nozzle of the bellows h . This game repeats itself with every kick. To prevent dust from

Patent-A ν saying:
Device for achieving strong ventilation of footwear with elastically mounted perforated insole (a), characterized in that the soles consist of two elastic parts (c and f) which are stiffened against one another but leave a variable gap, and their mutual movement is caused by walking the effect of a small bellows (i) under the heel and one (h) under the ball of the foot results, whereby the vapors from the feet are sucked out, while fresh air can enter abundantly.
