Description
It is also known a method in which on the coat of a animal skins a solidifying binder is applied. Through this the hairs of the fur become elastic in their natural arrangement connected and thus eliminates the internal tension of the hair fleece. Afterward the skin of the fur is cut away at the roots of the hair and this becomes elastic solidified hair fleece via a conveyor device provided with an adhesive Carrier web fed. It is possible to use the elastically consolidated hair fleece to stick on this in a compact form and thus a greater density of the fur material to reach. The binding agent is removed again in a further operation. This method. allows continuous work and also allows an increase in the density of the fur material compared to the starting material however, have a number of disadvantages. Once it needs to be applied and then removed again the binder requires additional work, on the other hand, the skin of the animal fur are destroyed, so that the production of several layers of fur material is excluded, and third are relatively extensive technical Facilities required to carry out the procedure.
Finally, a method is known in which the ends of a hair animal fur and the hair fleece obtained in this way continuously with it its cut side is glued to a band-shaped fabric backing. Included the hair fleece is attached to a metal cloth by means of a vacuum and with the cut surface depending on the thickness of the fabric, the length of the fabric differs. this procedure allows the animal fur to be used multiple times, but has the disadvantage that the vacuum loses its effect through free air and thereby the hair fleece falls on the fabric backing. Even a high technical effort does not lead to any adequate quality of the fur material.
The purpose of the invention is to provide high quality fur material under Use of the coat of animal skins in a continuously feasible Method of manufacture, wherein the density of the fur material values other than that of the starting material and preserve the skin of the animal fur remain.
The invention is based on the object of a method for production of fur material. based on one of animal skins, preferably sheep or lambskins, shorn hair fleece, which with its cut side on one tape-shaped carrier web is continuously glued to develop, in which the internal tension of the hair fleece with simple technical means in sufficient Dimensions is eliminated. The equalization achieved should be so great that the gained Fur material can be subjected to a renewed shearing and gluing process.
According to the invention this object is achieved in that the shorn Hair fleece passes a vibrating transition part before sticking it onto the carrier web. This results in a lateral expansion of the hair fleece within controllable limits which results in the most extensive elimination of internal tension and thus eliminates any bulging or breaking of the hair fleece. The speed the carrier web can be independent of the speed of the feeding of the hair fleece to be regulated so that the Hair fleece either in crowded or loosened natural structure is glued on.
The fur material obtained can be reunited like the natural fur Shearing and sticking process are subjected.
The invention is to be described in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment explained. The drawing shows the essential parts for performing the Procedure.
The skin 1 is in a known manner by means of the conveyor belt 2 fed to the shearing device 3. The cut hair fleece slides over the vibrating transition part 4 to the transfer point 5. On the vibrating transition part 4, the hair fleece experiences an expansion that is within controllable limits thus largely loses its inner tension. About the roll 6 is the carrier web 7, preferably tissue, after which this in a known manner by means of transfer rollers or doctor blade device 8 with the adhesive, for example a polyacrylic ester dispersion, is occupied. At the transfer point 5 slides the hair fleece with its cut side on the adhesive-coated carrier web 7. The The speed of the carrier web 7 is steplessly independent of that of the conveyor belt 2 adjustable, whereby it is achieved that the hair fleece is either compressed or loosened natural structure on the carrier web 7 slides. The subsequent operations such as passing through a heating zone 9 for the purpose of curing the adhesive, winding as well as any coloring and perforation are carried out in a manner known per se. That after Fur material obtained by the invention can be subjected to the process again. This can be repeated depending on the length of the hair, except for the last carrier strip the desired height still remains.
The invention enables the production of several layers of fur material with high quality from an animal hide with relatively little technical Expenditure. The skin is preserved and can be tanned as nakedness will.
It is of course also possible to have already prepared and refined To process skins according to this invention.
