Hydraulic linear motor The invention relates to a hydraulic motor
Linear motor with a cylindrical push rod guided in a motor body,
in which a pressure medium from a pressurized space of the engine body
flows to a space of the engine body under low pressure.
The hydraulic linear motors of known design have in common
Feature a piston acted upon by a pressure medium, which is in a cylinder
to be led. The piston is connected to a push rod, also called a piston rod
and can perform linear movements, the length of which is determined by the possible stroke in cylinder
is limited. Such cylinders are called single-acting cylinders, in which the
Piston return occurs through non-hydraulically generated forces, as well as twice
acting cylinder, in which the linear movement in both directions by the application
takes place in each case a special piston surface, known. The main flaw of this cylinder design
is that their stroke is limited. Depending on the size of the stroke, cylinders must have different
Length with a correspondingly long piston rod (yen can be inserted. Strokes that exceed
A certain length cannot be reached at all, since the mechanical ones
Internal machining of the cylinder tubes beyond a certain length is no longer possible
is. Another disadvantage is that the cylinder constructions of the described
Art consist of a large number of parts that are precisely aligned with one another
have to.
an.
Furthermore, hydraulically operated linear motors are known which
are derived from hydrostatic hydraulic pumps or motors. A well-known linear motor
builds on the construction of the well-known rotary vane pumps and motors, and
admittedly, from a room of higher pressure to a room of lower pressure
transported, enclosed in chambers formed by sliding elements during transport
are. The slides are either in the push rod or in the stationary one
Motor housing arranged. In the latter case, the pressure chambers of the engine are from
Formed chambers that must be housed in the push rod. Another
The well-known linear motor, on the other hand, is linked to the construction of the simple gear motor
at. The disadvantage of this hydrostatic linear motor is that in the
Slide rod, teeth or pressure chambers incorporated along its entire length
Need to become.
The invention is based on the aforementioned disadvantages
to avoid. This is achieved by the movement of a push rod
Fluid friction in an acceleration gap between the push rod and the
Motor body through which the pressure medium moves at increased speed in the direction of movement
the push rod flows, is generated.
9 bzw. 9 a.
Jeweils an
im Spalt be-
The figure shows an exemplary embodiment of a linear actuator according to the present invention. The linear motor shown here consists of the motor body 18, the push rod 10 and sealing elements 9 or 9 a. The pressure medium is fed through the connection bore 1 to the annular space 3 and flows from this through the annular gap 6 between the outer surface 16 of the push rod 10 and the inner surface 15 of the motor body 18 to the annular space 4, from which the pressureless discharge of the pressure medium through the connection 2 to Pump installation takes place. The flow velocity is equal to zero on each of the cylindrical surfaces 15 and 16 of the acceleration gap 6. From these cylindrical surfaces, the speed increases to the maximum in the direction of the opposite wall. The position of the maximum of the flow velocity in the acceleration gap 6 depends on the boundary layer conditions in the vicinity of the cylindrical surfaces 16 and 15 . Because the cylindrical surface 15 is interrupted by labyrinth chambers 5 , it is achieved that the maximum of the flow velocity is closer to the cylindrical surface 16 of the push rod 10 than to the cylindrical surface 15 in the motor body 18 . When the push rod 10 rests in the motor body 18, there is strong fluid friction within the fluid in the acceleration gap 6 , since the speed of the pressure medium directly on the wall 16 is zero, while it assumes a maximum value in the acceleration gap 6. This fluid friction transfers shear forces from the pressure medium flowing in the gap to the push rod 10 . Under the influence of these thrust forces, this begins to move in the direction of Ainks. Characterized the inner Reibun- verrin-ert in the sawn-sensitive in the gap quantity of pressure medium, and it is not completely reacted the inherent to the pressure medium energy gradient between the annulus 3 and the annular space 4 in Wärine; rather, part of the energy content is converted into kinetic energy of the push rod 10 .
bzw.
The linear motor is sealed to the outside by labyrinth seals 7 and 7a. The labyrinth seal between the annular spaces 3 and 4 and the leakage oil collecting chambers 8 and 8 a is so designed that the minimal frictional force to be overcome in lifting movement, the sealing effect is maximum but JE. This goal is achieved by suitable dimensioning of the labyrinth spaces 7 and 7 a or the fitting gaps 17 and 17 a. The leakage of pressure medium which nevertheless emerges through the labyrinth is discharged from the collecting chambers 8 or 8 a via the channels 11 a and 11 and 12 and can be passed on to the connection 14 of the channel 12, the drilling openings of which are closed by the plugs 13. The protection against leakage of the leakage oil from the collecting chambers 8 and 8 a is carried out by the sealing elements 9 and 9 a , which are also intended to prevent the ingress of dirt into the interior of the engine. The attachment of the motor body to other machine parts takes place by means of the threaded holes 18 and 18 a. The push rod 10 is intentionally designed as a tube, as a result of which the annular gap 6 is given a large cross-sectional area without the push rod becoming too heavy. The power of the linear motor is determined by the pressure in space 3, by the formation of the boundary surfaces of the annular gap 6 and by the push rod diameter. The reversal of the stroke direction of the push rod 10 is achieved by changing the direction of application of the pressure medium. If the push rod is to move "to the right", pressure medium is applied to space 4 via connection 2, which, after passing through the gap, leaves the motor through annular space 3 and connection bore 1 without pressure.
The linear motor according to the invention is thus conceivable
simple construction, the individual parts of which do not depend on any actual maintenance
are, whereas the previous linear motors due to their complicated structure
as well as the large number of their components and their installation relatively expensive
are to be produced and at the same time due to their relatively high susceptibility to failure
tend to more or less long downtimes, except for the relevant
Repairs also result in disadvantageous production losses.
