an.
macht.Timers, especially stairwell automats There are a number of timers known that are used for a wide variety of purposes. A very frequently used time switch is the staircase timer, which is intended for the temporary actuation of the lighting in stairwells in every large residential building. Various systems are also known for stairwell machines, which cannot be listed here in detail. There are only a few staircase switches that work with a motor. For example, in a stairwell machine, a motor is used which is parallel to the consumers and can be switched on together with them by means of a push-button switch. The motor drives a control mechanism for actuating a switching contact via a relatively complicated transmission gear that is connected to it by a complex coupling. The problem of bringing the motor back into its starting position after the switching process has been carried out has only been solved with a disproportionately large amount of effort in the known arrangement. Such a complex device is unsatisfactory and also prone to failure because of the relatively large number of individual parts. In another motorized staircase automatic device, a clutch is avoided, but a key switch is required here, which also makes the device very expensive.
It is true that a timer has already been proposed that is included in his
structural design is so simplified that it eliminates the disadvantages of the aforementioned
Switch avoids, but it is also not completely satisfactory because it
a relay is required for a self-holding circuit. A relay is a relative one
complicated structure and therefore makes the arrangement considerably more expensive.
Furthermore, time switches are known that have a magnet in action
be set. A mercury interrupter is tilted by the magnet
and at the same time a motor driving a cam is switched on. On the
A cam slides a tactile bar, over which the mercury interrupter again
is brought into the starting position. This time switch is also very complex.
Another time switch that uses a motor and a cam
is equipped, also requires a relay and is also with respect to the coupling
the cam disk disadvantageous because special bearings because of the worm reduction
are required for the cam disc. The invention relates to a time switch,
in particular staircase automat, with one lying parallel to the consumers
and together with this motor, which can be switched on by push-button switch, the one
Drives the cam with a spiral-shaped edge that forms a shoulder,
the latter being a contact formed from two contact springs of different lengths
controls. The disadvantages mentioned are avoided according to the invention in that this
Contact is parallel to the push-button switches and by rotating the
The cam automatically disengages within the shoulder area and only by pressing a push button
can be switched on again.
The switch according to the invention is particularly advantageous because through
the contact device controlled by the cam achieves an arrangement
that does without relays and complicated locking elements and therefore
is particularly easy.
The invention is based on an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing
explained in more detail.
An
ihren freien Enden tragen die Kontaktfedem Kontakte 9 a bzw. 9 b,
The time switch shown consists of a synchronous motor 1 which is connected to a cam 3 via a shaft 2 which is reduced by a gear unit (not shown). The synchronous motor is connected to power lines 6, 7 parallel to loads 4, 5. In the course of the one power line 6 there are push-button switches 11, 12, 13 connected in parallel, which are arranged in the individual floors of a stairwell. The push button switches are normally open and only closed when the actuating push button is depressed. A contact spring arrangement 8 a, 8 b is arranged parallel to the push-button switches and consists of two parallel leaf springs which are fastened to a common carrier 10. The contact springs are of different lengths and are arranged with their carrier in a stationary manner with respect to the cam disk 3. At their free ends, the contact springs carry contacts 9 a and 9 b, and they cooperate with the cam 3 so that the shorter spring 8 b grinds on the edge of the cam. The cam is provided with a radially outwardly spiraling edge which forms a shoulder 3 a at one point, the height of which is greater than the distance between the two contact springs in the closed state of the contacts. The carrier 10 is mounted with respect to the cam so that the springs are slightly tensioned.
Kontaktfeder 8 a
auf dem großen Durchmesser der Scheibe aufliegt. Infolge
der geöffneten Kontakte sind der Motor 1
und die Verbraucher 4,
5 spannungslos.
Pfeiles in Bewegung.
die Kontaktanordnung 8 a, 8 b geschlossen gehalten.
In the switching position shown, the switch is in its starting position, i.e. That is, the push-button switches 11, 12, 13 and the contact arrangement 8 a, 8 b are open. The cam is with its paragraph 3 a at the end of the contact springs, so that the shorter contact spring 8 b rests on the small diameter and the longer contact spring 8 a on the large diameter of the disc. As a result of the open contacts, the motor 1 and the consumers 4, 5 are de-energized. If one of the push-button switches 11, 12, 13 is actuated, the circuit for the motor and the consumer is closed. The motor starts to run and sets the cam in motion in the direction of the arrow. After a short running time, the cam disc reaches the end of the long contact spring with its shoulder, so that it moves against the short contact spring as a result of its pretensioning . H. so that the contacts 9 ″, 9 b are closed. The actuated pushbutton switch is now bridged and can be released. The circuit for the motor is kept closed by the contact arrangement 8 a, 8 b. The cam now completes one revolution, and it opens the contact spring arrangement when the short contact spring 8b has reached the shoulder again. This contact spring falls down to the small diameter and opens the contact 9 a, 9 b. As a result, the motor 1 is stopped again. The length difference between the contact springs is dimensioned in such a way that even the after-run of the cam disc cannot cause the contacts to close after the motor has been switched off. The contacts are only closed again when the motor is switched on again by pressing one of the pushbutton switches.
