Description
Circuit arrangement for the adjustment of attenuation poles in bridge filters In the case of electrical filters, which are made up of reactances and interconnected in a bridge arrangement are, the attenuation poles result from the fact that both bridge branches according to the real part and imaginary part are equal. The requirement for real parts of the bridge branches of equal size In the case of reactance filters, refers to the loss-related ohmic components. For the comparison of the real parts, one of the bridge branches is usually a Resistance switched. This balancing resistance can either be small and in series be connected with the reactance or have a large value and in parallel with the reactance lie. This ohmic acts in the frequency range outside the damping pole Resistance falsifying on the imaginary parts of the bridge branches. This allows the passbands of the filters are disturbed.
In the case of crystal bandpass filters in a bridge circuit, it is known to expand of the pass band to switch on impedances in the bridge branches. These impedances can, as long as they are the same for all bridge branches, without changing the filter properties can also be switched to the output of the bridge. The loss resistances of the impedances can be compensated by adding suitable shunt resistances so that im Pass band only a constant additional attenuation arises, the loss-related Frequency response in the Durcblaßbereich is thus partially compensated.
According to the invention, the attenuation poles of a bridge filter be adjusted by balancing the real parts so that a disturbance of the pass band is avoided. According to the invention this is achieved in that to the ohmic Resistors in series or parallel circuits matched to the pole frequency are connected in parallel and that these circles have a high slope.
If the adjustment is carried out by a high, parallel-connected bridge branch Real resistance is made, the additional resonance circuit consists of one Series combination with coil and capacitor with a large L / C ratio. The capacitive one or inductive resistance of this series resonant circuit is in the entire frequency range with the exception of the immediate vicinity of its resonance frequency so great that it has the branch resistance the bridge does not change. At the resonance frequency of the circle, which is equal to the frequency of the attenuation pole of the bridge circuit is selected, is only the real resistance effective. The attenuation pole can then be adjusted with it. Analogous to this is the mode of operation of the dual alignment arrangement. So it's that way one very sharp polarity adjustment possible without affecting the other damping properties of the Filters are influenced.
In contrast, it is known from German patent specification 452 662, to suppress spurious vibrations from a device such as a resistor that dampens them or parallel resonance circuit a short-circuit path for the useful frequency in the form of a to connect in parallel a series circuit matched to the useful frequency. From the USA patent 1955 788, however, it is known to create a parallel resonance circuit through a parallel resistor and to attenuate a series resonant circuit through a series resistor and so for to realize the resonance frequency predetermined resonance resistances without, however, an effect of these damping resistances also for frequencies outside the resonance frequency can be prevented.
The balancing arrangement according to the invention is described below with reference to the figures described in more detail. F i g. 1 shows the schematic of a bridge circuit in the form of a cross member; F i g. 2 shows a bridge branch according to an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention; F i g. 3 shows the FIG. 2 dual arrangement; F i g. 4 shows the influence of the invention Adjustment arrangements on the course of the damping curve as a function of the frequency.
In Fig. 1, X 1 and X 2 are the reactances of a cross connection. With such a circuit z. B. as a function of the frequency, a course of the damping curve, as shown in FIG. 4 is shown under a. The required pole at the frequency f "is not pronounced due to the unbalanced losses of the bridge reactances. In order to achieve sufficient damping at the frequency f, a balancing resistor is connected to one of the bridge branches, according to Hudec, ENT, Vol. 19, Book 9, for example a small resistor of 50 to 100 ohms in series with a capacitor in the bridge arm. However, this resistance also has an effect on the transmission range It can be seen from this that the attenuation pole is sufficiently pronounced, but that additional attenuation occurs at some distance from the frequency f, which is absolutely undesirable Adjustment arrangement A connected, which consists of the series configuration of a high ohmic resistance and a series reserve geared to the frequency of the damping pole circle exists parallel to the bridge branch or a dual arrangement in series with the bridge branch, as shown in FIG. 2 is shown schematically for a bridge branch. A dual adjustment arrangement for this purpose, which is connected in series with the relevant bridge branch, is shown in FIG. 3.
In some cases, the resistance is relatively weak, z: $ in the Größeüördriüäg döri eüugen` Kilöölmi, depending on the given conditions: The series oscillating circuit L, C1 is matched to the frequency of the damping pole and has such a high 4C ratio, how it can be realized technically. This affects the balancing resistance in the immediate vicinity of the damping pole in the desired manner: Outside this very narrow range, however, the bridge arm is connected in series the ohmic resistance and the much larger resistance of the series resonance circuit parallel. Therefore, the balance arrangement outside of the dampening oil exercises: linen undesirable influence on the course of the D'ämp = fang.
In. analogous = way, in the arrangement, _häch F i g. :-already at a very small distance from the damping pole of the to. Adjustment of required balancing resistance: R-2_ by the parallel resonance circuit which is tuned to the frequency of the damping pole L2, C2 practically short-circuited and therefore no longer appears. That L / C ratio must be kept as small as possible: -,. The compliant _Adjustment arrangement can be independent for each attenuation pole of a given filter; provided by the other attenuation poles. Because of the steep resonance curve the resonance circuit tuned to the frequency of a damping pole occurs no influence on the attenuation curve in the other poles.
The invention was explained on the basis of a cross-bridge circuit. However, it is equally applicable to any type of equivalent bridge circuit applicable.
