Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschlufs für leicht flüchtige Flüssigkeiten (wie z. B. Aethylchlorid und Aethylchloridgemische) enthaltende Behälter mit capillarer Ausströmungsöffnung.The invention relates to a closure for volatile liquids (such as, for example, ethyl chloride and ethyl chloride mixtures) containing containers with capillary outflow opening.

Die bestehenden Constructionen. z. B. die in der britischen Patentschrift 16840 v. J. 1895 beschriebene, haben u. a. den Nachtheil, dafs während der ganzen Operation der Hebel mit dem Finger niedergedrückt werden mufs, was recht mühsam ist. Diesen bekannten Verschlüssen gegenüber bietet vorliegende Erfindung eine wesentliche Neuerung, da ihre Handhabung eine weit einfachere ist und auch der Verschlufs einen dichten Abschlufs gestattet. Der Verschlufs besteht aus einer auf die Capillare aufgekitteten Metallhülse a (s. Zeichnung). An dieser Hülse ist ein Hebel b befestigt, an welchem mittelst eines Steges c eine Klappe d angebracht ist. An dem Steg c befindet sich ein kleiner Stift e, der beim Herunterdrücken des Hebels b in ein an der Hüse α sich befindendes Loch f eingreift und so den Verschlufs in der geöffneten Stellung festhält. Durch leichten Druck auf Hebel b geht der Stift e infolge der' Elasticität des Steges c wieder aus seiner Lage heraus, eine Feder drückt den Verschlufs in seine ursprüngliche Lage zurück, und es schliefst die Klappe d, die mit einer Kautschukscheibe versehen ist, die Oeffnung luftdicht ab. Man kann auch den Stift e mittelst eines federnden Sperrhebels an. dem Steg c befestigen, so dafs dann der geöffnete Verschlufs mit Leichtigkeit durch geringes Abheben des Sperrhebels vom Steg c geschlossen werden kann; durch die Elasticität des Sperrhebels wird dann ähnlich wie durch die Elasticität des Steges c die Schliefsung bewirkt. Vermöge dieses Hebelverschlusses wird ein sicherer und einfacher Verschlufs der Oeffnung bewirkt. Zweckmä'fsigerweise kann der Behälter graduirt sein, um eine bestimmte Quantität Flüssigkeit demselben entströmen lassen zu können. Man kann das Oeffnen und Verschliefsen der beschriebenen Vorrichtung leicht mit einer Hand bewirken.The existing constructions. z. B. in British Patent 16840 v.
