Zweckmäßigerweise wird an das Mundstück der Strangpresse ein Rohr angeschlossen, das mit einem Vakuumanschluß versehen ist, um einen Unterdruck aufrechtzuerhalten, der in Richtung nach der Öffnung des Rohres abnimmt.
