Description
Method for producing a heat and sound insulating, as a bed Underlay applied to the subfloor for screeds that are hot to be cast The invention relates to a method for producing a heat and sound insulating, as a bed applied to the subfloor for hot pads to be potted Screeds, e.g. B. from asphalt, in which the base is made of a cellulose containing Insulation material and one that becomes capable of binding due to the heat given off by the screed There is binding material. A method of the specified type is already known in which is a mixture consisting of insulating material and small amounts of binder in powdered form Form, poured onto the raw floor and leveled on it. With the well-known In the process, crushed cork is used as insulation and bitumen as binding material. It has been found to be disadvantageous in this process that the bulk Tied underlay applied to the subfloor does not match the mixing ratio of insulation and binding material has the appropriate composition.
Based on this prior art, the method according to The object of the invention is achieved, the insulating and binding material in the bed to distribute evenly. According to the invention this object is achieved in that the insulation material is impregnated with the binding material before pouring.
The new process has the advantage over the known process on that by impregnating the insulating material with the binding material, the segregation of the two components of the document is no longer possible until and during installation and therefore the binding agent in the sound and heat insulating underlay is uniform is distributed, so that a more uniform base in its material composition arises, which consequently in its strength and its insulating and insulating properties is more uniform. It is also achieved that the insulation material through the impregnating Effect of the binding agent even before pouring, largely before the influence of moisture and is protected against germ infestation.
In a further embodiment of the invention, it may be useful that the binder at a temperature between 60 ° C and the casting temperature of the screed is capable of binding. It also seems expedient to use binders impregnated insulation material before pouring additionally with water-repellent and / or to treat germ-resistant substances. This can be used as a water-repellent Substances metal soaps, e.g. B. calcium or zinc stearate or copper naphtenate is used will. Furthermore, sorbic acid or sorbitol can be used as a germ-resistant substance be used. The processing temperature when making a hot for potting coming asphalt screed is about 200 to 240 ° C, so that when selected accordingly Binder the pressure and the heat of the applied asphalt screed are sufficient to to bring the individual parts of the bed into intimate contact and glue them to one another, that a well-insulating, cavity-penetrated, even base results.
The covering layer consisting of screed and underlay can be retrofitted edit in the same way as the known pavement layer with simple means; for example, breakthroughs can be produced without difficulty.
