Die Doppelöffnung an Clarinetten war bis jetzt in dem Sinne, wie sie die vorliegende Erfindung zeigt, noch nicht bekannt, nämlich dafs sich zwei Octavlöcher mit einem Druck auf die Octavklappe zu gleicher Zeit öffnen und geöffnet bleiben, so lange die Octavklappe gedrückt wird. Die bis jetzt bekannte Doppel-Öffnung bestand nur darin, dafs ein zweites Loch (Octavloch) nur dann geöffnet wurde, wenn die Octavklappe und eine andere Klappe zu gleicher Zeit gedrückt wurden.
