The invention relates to a hitch for a harrow on a tractor, on which a frame is arranged to connect the od with at least one harrow section by means of a coupling rod. The like is.
Harrows of this type are known in which between a tine bar and the lifting device a tractor, a carrier is arranged in which several recesses are provided. The tine bar carries a circular disc and is to be connected to the carrier via this; the connection takes place via a bolt. The tine bar is therefore rotatable and lockable with the carrier, but not connected to swing during operation. There is also a rotary harrow known by means of a pulling arm can be pulled by a draft animal. Here is the arrangement between the pull arm and the harrow such that the harrow is somewhat pivotable with respect to the pulling arm when the tines encounter different resistances in the soil and thus great side forces on the harrow works. During normal operation, however, this harrow does not perform any pendulum motion either.
In the known harrows attached to the tractor with a coupling rod, the tines pulled roughly straight through the ground during operation, with parts of the ground not or only slightly processed by the prongs. This must be achieved with the well-known harrows very intensive tillage, be driven several times over the field. this is undesirable because of the high workload.
Infolge der Zinkenbewegungen wird auch verhindert, daß Unkraut u. dgl. an den Zinken hängen-Anhängevorrichtung für eine EggeWith the invention, a harrow of the type mentioned in relation to a particularly intensive one Soil tillage can be improved. According to the invention this is achieved in that the harrow field pivotable about a vertical axis lying within the edge delimitation of the harrow field is connected to the rear end of the coupling rod, which has a fixed position in relation to the direction of travel, and that means for limiting the movement of the harrow field around the axis during travel Pivoting movement are provided. With this design it is achieved that the during operation ever changing forces exerted on the tines by the soil transform the harrow field into a constantly and move forward motion. As a result, the prongs are moved so that they during their Exercise very intensely to loosen and crumble the soil. Furthermore, this will level the ground. The tine movements also prevent weeds and the like from hanging on the tines for a harrow

as bleibt. It is therefore not necessary to use the device during to stop the operation to clean the tines. With the attachment according to the invention a more efficient and more intensive soil cultivation is made possible than with known ones Harrow.
The pivotable attachment also has the advantage that for devices with a large width extension turning, e.g. B. at the end of a worked field, is made much easier. Because these devices be swiveled to the side when turning, they would have to be with a rigid coupling with the tractor be lifted to avoid breaks or unclean work. The lifting device is usually used for this purpose used by the tractor. In the pivotable coupling of the harrow fields according to the invention with the tractor, it is not necessary to lift the device when turning, so that the additional advantage of easier operation of the device results.
Es ist dargestellt inThe invention is explained in more detail with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. It is shown in

In the F i g. 1 and 2, a harrow field 1 is shown schematically. A vertical bolt 2 is fastened to the field 1 provided with pegs 1 A within the edge boundary and behind the longitudinal center line of the field running transversely to the direction of travel. The bolt 2 is surrounded by a ring 3, to which a coupling rod 4, which is pivotably connected to a frame part 5, is attached. A pin 2 A limits a displacement of the ring 3 upwards. The frame part 5 is coupled to the lower links 6 of the lifting device of a tractor 7. In the area of the harrow field, a connecting rod 8 is hinged to the upper edge of the coupling rod 4 and is pivotably connected to the upper link of the lifting device. A suspension is provided between the coupling rod 4 and the connecting rod 8 which acts on these two rods in the area of the pivot connection with the lifting device. The frame part 5 is coupled to the lower links 6 of the lifting device and provided with receptacles for helical springs 9, which are symmetrical to the rod 4 in the direction of travel P. To attach the spring 9, the harrow section is provided with tongues 10 which have a receptacle for the respective spring end. At the end facing away from the harrow area, each spring 9 carries a rod 11 which is guided through recesses in tongues 12 mounted on the frame part 5. A nut 13 is screwed onto the thread of each rod 11. In addition to each spring 9, a chain 14 is arranged between the frame part 5 and the harrow section. The chain links are suspended in corresponding recesses 16 of supports 15 of the frame part 5, so that the length of the chain can be adjusted (FIG. 3). A stop 17 is provided on the coupling rod 4, on which the connecting rod 8 can rest when the harrow is raised. During operation, this stop can be attached to the coupling rod (Fig. 2).
Die Arbeitsweise der Vorrichtung ist wie folgt:The operation of the device is as follows:
Die Hin- und Herbewegung des Eggenfeldes kann durch die Schraubenfedern 9While driving in the direction of arrow P, the tines of the harrow field in the ground encounter a constantly changing resistance. The harrow field swivels back and forth because it is pivotably connected to the rear end of the coupling rod, which is in a fixed position in relation to the direction of travel, about the vertical axis 2 lying within the edge delimitation of the field. This movement of the harrow field is triggered by a force composed essentially of three components. These force components arise from the changing resistance that the tines encounter as they move through the ground. One of the components attacks the harrow field in such a way that it experiences a movement in the direction of the arrow K (FIG. 1), while the attack of the other component causes a movement in the direction of the arrow E (FIG. 2); A force is exerted on the side edges of the harrow field on both sides of the coupling point, which triggers a movement in the vertical direction and gives the harrow field a so-called "stepping movement" when moving back and forth. The back and forth movement of the harrow field can be controlled by the helical springs 9
ίο beeinflußt werden, welche die Stärke der Hin- und Herbewegung innerhalb eines bestimmten Bereiches vergrößern.ίο be influenced which the strength of the back and forth Increase float within a certain area.
Infolge der beschriebenen Bewegung des Eggenfeldes werden die Zinken nicht geradlinig durch den Boden gezogen, sondern sie pendeln seitlich hin und her, soBy changing the spring tension in the springs 9 by means of the nut 13, the deflection is the The pendulum movement is adjustable and the maximum deflection can be limited with the aid of the chains 14. As a result the described movement of the harrow field, the tines are not pulled straight through the soil, but they swing sideways back and forth, like this
Diese Zerkrümelung ist um so größer, je schneller die Pendelbewegung des Eggenfeldes ist.ao that the entire strip of terrain covered by the harrow field while driving is processed evenly and the soil is crumbled intensely. This crumbling is all the greater the faster the pendulum movement of the harrow field.
At the same time, the tines are cleaned of adhering weeds and soil residues, so that the space is not plugged between the prongs.
In its operating position, the harrow field can adapt well to uneven ground because the coupling rod 4 is pivotably connected to the frame part 5 about a horizontal axis. The between the rod 4 and the connecting rod 8 attached suspension causes a largely uniform Penetration depth of the tines, with the tines hitting the harrow frame when they hit Stones and the like can evade resiliently.
In the case of the FIGS. 4 and 5 are a plurality of prongs 18 provided - Schematically shown - fields 19 each with a coupling rod 20 on a horizontal, transverse Frame part 21 extending to the direction of travel is attached. The coupling rod 20 is on one Fastened bush 22, which is connected via an elastic insert 23 with a bolt 24 on the Eggenfeld 19 is attached. The bolt 24 lies behind the middle of the harrow field. The elastic insert 23 consists in this embodiment of rubber and is attached to the bushing 22 and to the bolt 24.
As shown in FIG. 5, the coupling rod 20 is in an arc from the socket 22 guided over the harrow section and pivotably connected to the frame part 21 by means of a bearing 25. A suspension limits the pivoting movement of the coupling rod 20. On the frame part 21 are with Self-adjusting impellers 26 are arranged at a distance from one another. The frame part 21 is in its middle Area via a parallelogram linkage 27 with a coupled to the lifting device of a Schlepoers Beam 28 connected.
Die Schwenkbewegung ist durch die elastischeA chain 29 is attached to the upper end of the carrier 28, the other end of which is connected to the parallelogram linkage connected is. The chain is only tensioned to lift out the device. During the Driving in the direction of arrow P each harrow field pivots, as described above, by one almost vertical axis of rotation at the coupling point between the coupling rod 20 and the harrow field. The pivoting movement is due to the elastic
Insert 23 is determined between the pin 24 and the socket 22 as the insert moves during this movement deformed and, due to their elasticity, accelerates the recovery from the deflected position. The deflection is limited by the chain 30 between the coupling rod 20 and the front of the harrow field is arranged (Fig. 5). By this limitation prevents the harrow sections from interlocking during the pivoting movement get caught.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 8, the harrow sections schematically shown, provided with tines 31 32 connected via a coupling rod 33 with a horizontal transverse to the direction of the harrow extending frame part 34 comparable S 1. The coupling rod 33 is as in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 pivotally connected to the harrow section by means of a ring 35 which surrounds an arranged behind the middle of the harrow section bolt 36 and a pin is secured ao 37th The coupling rod 33 leads from the harrow field in an arc over a field and is firmly connected to the frame part 34 (FIG. 8). Each field is also connected to the frame part 34 via two helical springs 38. Tongues 39 are provided on the front of the harrow section to hook in the springs. The frame part 34 carries tongues 40 through which a threaded rod 41 of the helical springs 38 is guided and fastened with a nut 42. As shown in FIG. 7 as can be seen, the distance between the tongues 40 on the frame part 34 is greater than the distance between the tongues 39 on a field. Infolgede SEN schnei which the Mitteilinen h of the springs in a point that lies behind the front edge of a field, and in this embodiment in the vicinity of the coupling point on the axis 36th A chain 43 is arranged on each side of the spring 38. The frame part 34 is supported by two self-adjusting running wheels 44 arranged symmetrically to its center. Between the frame part 34 and a carrier 46 attached to the tractor there is a parallelogram linkage 46 which is connected via a suspension 48 to a rearwardly extending support 47 which is fastened to the carrier 46. A chain 49 (FIG. 8) hanging between the support 47 and the parallelogram linkage is tensioned when the harrow is lifted out. As in the other embodiments, each harrow section is swiveled back and forth about an approximately vertical axis of rotation that lies at the coupling point between the rod 33 and the harrow section. In this embodiment, the pivoting movement is determined by the springs 38, which accelerate the return movement. From Fig. 7 it can be seen that the center lines h of the springs 38 intersect at a point which lies on a straight line running approximately through the center of the associated harrow field in the direction of travel. The pivoting movement of the field is thereby intensified. In order to prevent the harrow sections from getting caught in one another with their prongs during this movement, a chain 43 is arranged on each side of the springs 38. The length of the chain can be adjusted in the same way as in the embodiment according to FIG. 1. The frame part34 is resiliently movable to a limited extent together with the harrow sections in the vertical direction.
