Description
Verfahren zum maschinellen Einbau eines mit einer Filterschicht aus Erdbaustoffen versehenen Erddräns in einen Drängraben und Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens Es ist bereits bekannt, einen mit einer Filterschicht aus Erdbaustoffen versehenen Erddrän maschinell in einen Drängraben einzubauen. Hierbei werden die Materialien für den Erddrän und die Filterschicht in der Weise eingebracht, daß die Filterschicht über dem Erddrän zu liegen kommt, diesen also von oben abdeckt. Dadurch soll erreicht werden, daß beim nachfolgenden maschinellen Verfüllen und Verdichten des Drängrabens von oben nachstürzendes Material den Erddrän nicht verlegt und die Filterschicht später auch das Eindringen von feinen Bodenteilchen in den Erddrän verhindert. Bei einem derart eingebauten Erddrän besteht jedoch trotzdem die Gefahr, daß sich die Poren des Erddräns verlegen, da er ja nur oben mit einer Filterschicht versehen ist. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den Erddrän so auszubilden und einzubauen, daß er gegen einen allseitigen Wassereintritt und gegen die damit verbundene Gefahr der Verlegung seiner Poren wirksam geschützt ist. Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß das Material für die Filterschicht und den Erddrän mittels eines hohlen, mehrkammerigen Sechs gleichzeitig und in der Weise eingebracht wird, daß das Filtermaterial den Erddrän im eingebauten Zustand allseitig umschließt. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß man in der Lage ist, den Erddrän entsprechend den jeweiligen Bodenverhältnissen mit einem Filtermantel allseitig zu umschließen, der gegebenenfalls auch abgestuft ausgebildet sein kann, wobei die einzelnen Kammern des Sechs den plangemäßen Einbau des Erddräns gewährleisten. Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn unter dem Filtermaterial und auf der Sohle des Drängrabens eine Plastikfolie verlegt wird. Diese soll bei ungleichmäßigen Bodenschichten, die ein teilweises Einsickern des durch den Wassersammler abgeführten Wassers erwarten lassen, dies ausschließen. Die Kammern des Sechs stehen mit auf der Dränmaschine angeordneten Materialbehältern 5 in Verbindung, von denen aus die Erdbaustoffe bei der Bewegung der Dränmaschine durch die Kammern des hohlen Sechs auf die Sohle des Drängrabens gleiten. An seinem unteren Ende ist das Sech zurückgebogen, wobei die Endausbildung des Sechs entsprechend dem Querschnitt des gewünschten Erddräns vorzunehmen ist.
