Befestigungsvorrichtung für das Papierfilter in einem Staubsauger
Um die Entfernung des Staubes aus einem Stausauger zu vereinfachen, verwendet man
neuerdings Papierfilter, die in den normalen Filtersack eingebracht oder auch um
diesen herum vorgesehen werden. Die Befestigung eines solchen Papierfilters am Ansaugstutzen
war bisher noch etwas umständlich, denn die Filtertüte mußte mit einem Stutzen aus
Pappe versehen werden, welcher seinerseits auf den Ansaugstutzen gesteckt wird.
Dies ist, wie schon gesagt, einmal recht umständlich und im Verhältnis zum Preis
des eigentlichen Filters kostspielig, zum anderen ist aber auch die Befestigung
nicht absolut einwandfrei, wenn der Pappstutzen nicht stramm auf dem Ansaugstutzen
sitzt. Andererseits besteht die Gefahr, daß beim Aufstecken des Pappstutzens derselbe

Druckscheibe 8 mitsamt dem Filter 6 gegen die Stirnwand 3 des Stützzylinders 2,
wobei die Nasen 11 durch entsprechende Öffnungen 12 in der Stirnwand 3 und die Rastelemente
10 durch die Öffnungen 4 in der Stirnwand greifen. Hat man die Platte ganz gegen
die Stirnwand angedrückt, so rasten die Elemente 10
hinter die abgebogenen
Lappen 5 ein, und die Scheibe ist mitsamt dem Filter am Ansaugstutzen befestigt.
Um eine sichere Abdichtung zwischen Filter und Ansaugstutzen zu erzielen, versieht
man die Druckscheibe zweckmäßig mit einem Dichtungsring 13, der am besten rings
um die Öffnung 9 auf die Scheibe 8 aufgeklebt wird.
Aus dem dargestellten
Beispiel ist ohne weiteres ersichtlich, daß die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung
außerordentlich einfach und zweckmäßig ist. Die Befestigung des Filters sowie auch
dessen Abnahme geschieht mit wenigen Handgriffen und ohne eine besondere Ausgestaltung
oder Präparierung des Filters; es ist lediglich notwendig, dieses mit einer ovalen
Öffnung zu versehen. Die ovale oder eine ähnliche Form derselben ist notwendig,
