Hierbei fällt er in Form eines festen Klumpens an, der nicht mehr weiter verwendet werden kann, und eine Herstellung von geleeförmigen Präparaten mit höheremAlkoholgehalt ist auf diesem Wege unmöglich. Es ist demgegenüber außerordentlich überraschend, daß es beim Einhalten der erfindungsgemäß beschriebenen Verfahrensschritte möglich ist, hochalkoholhaltige Gelees herzustellen, die über 400/0 Alkohol, gewünschtenfalls aber auch mehr, z. B. 50°/o Alkohol, enthalten können, ohne daß die gelbildenden Eigenschaften des verwendeten Gelbildners dadurch beeinflußt würden. Im Gegenteil zeigt es sich, daß diese hochalkoholhaltigen Gele völlig klare, stabile und leuchtende Produkte sind, die sich für die erfindungsgemäßen Zwecke in hervorragender Weise eignen.
