Description
The invention relates to a launcher, particularly for steerable missile projectiles with exhaust gas routing from the starting base to the side exhaust outlets.
Are such projectiles by an operator from a nearby, with optical and other aids equipped command post optically controlled, there is the disadvantage that the glow of fire produced by the rocket engine when it was launched and immediately after it was launched, and Smoke distracts the operator and even blinds him for a while. This disadvantage becomes especially important at night obvious, as the eyes then adapt even more poorly to a sudden flash of light can. Previously known designs divert the exhaust gases directly. so that they are contained with all Soiling continues to cause heavy smoke formation.
The object of the invention is to eliminate this disadvantage and thereby the control work of the operator to facilitate and improve.
This is achieved in that the launching device according to the invention has a receptacle for flames and smoke with a device for cooling and extinguishing the same.
In a further embodiment of the invention it is proposed that in the course of the exhaust gas routing a device is provided for separating solid particles from the gases.
If the device is for a plurality of projectiles should be used, which are arranged in groups on a common ramp or base are, the bases for the individual floors with the aforementioned receptacle are branched out Connected sewer system. But it can also, if the Absrhußvorrichtung for a large Number of storeys is formed. two or more receptacles may be provided, then each Container for a group of projectiles is used.
Eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird nachstehend unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen erläutert: in den Zeichnungen zeigtAn embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawings: in the drawings shows

insbesondere für lenkbare RaketengeschosseThe launcher shown in the drawings can accommodate fourteen projectiles, which are arranged in two opposing groups of seven projectiles each; this projectile launcher,

The storeys have the reference number 12. In the plan of FIG. 2, only the storeys are shown one group, while the other group is omitted, around the guide pins 13 to make visible on which the projectiles are arranged and through which the electrical Connections are led to the storey.
These two platforms 10, 11 are components of an upper carriage 14, which is on a base 142 of a turntable 141 is carried. This upper carriage 14 has inside a spur gear 15, which with a Pinion 16 meshes. The pinion 16 is arranged on a shaft 17 which is enclosed in a housing 18 with a Transmission is connected and driven by an electric motor 19 which is used to Straightening is controlled from a remote command station. Tow cables 20 lead from the launch bases 13 through a pivot pin of the turntable to the command station.
The sieve 24 is arranged on the inside of a heat exchanger 25, with the help of which the gases are cooled and any existing flames are extinguished before the Gases are expelled through the exhaust outlet 26 into the atmosphere.
The exhaust outlet 26 is externally provided with a louvre-like deflector 27 so that the gases in a are directed into the atmosphere in such a way that damage to the device or impairment of the operator is avoided.
