Description
Device for lubricating and cleaning slide bearings for shut-off devices The invention relates to a device for lubricating and cleaning slide bearings for shut-off devices with rotatable closing bodies, in particular rotary valves and throttle valves, of pressurized lines, such as those used for turbines and pump systems come into use.
Plain bearings that are lubricated under liquid pressure are already known will. But these have the disadvantage that a continuous lubrication or Cleaning of all storage areas when the pressure or delivery line is full is not or is only partially possible.
In another known lubricating device for plain bearings in particular Relatively high-speed shafts are provided with lubrication grooves that are driven in by a suction air stream through-flowing lubricant discharge channels open, creating a continuous circulating Lubricant flow is to be generated. However, these facilities have one Delivery head limited by atmospheric pressure, which causes blockages in the lubrication system can arise. On the other hand, there is a risk of emptying and consequently of the Dry running of the storage, which is a certain, highly undesirable with shut-off devices Could cause susceptibility to failure. The vacuum system used is by the way an expensive facility with high energy requirements and low efficiency.
The invention is based on the object of a device for lubrication and cleaning of plain bearings for '-' shut-off devices with rotatable closing bodies, in particular rotary valves and throttle valves, from pressurized fluid To create lines in which the aforementioned disadvantages do not occur and in which a continuous lubrication and a thorough cleaning of all bearing parts is possible with a filled pressure line and with the least possible effort.
The invention consists in that in a bearing insert of the bearing housing a liner is pressed in, the guide or inner jacket on its outer or inner surface. Has lubrication grooves which are connected to one another on the pressure chamber side by channels and are sealed against the pressure chamber by seals, and that in the bearing insert arranged, closed by grease nipples lubricant supply channels via the Path of the guide and lubrication grooves (Fig. 3) or the lubrication and guide grooves (Fig. 5) with communicate with an annulus; on which is arranged in the bearing insert, Connect drainage ducts that can be closed by closing taps. In further training of the invention is provided in addition to the inner and outer seal, which Lubricant seals against the outside, while the inner seal the pressure medium and separates the lubricant. Another feature of the invention is in that the inner seal can be replaced by removing the bearing insert. According to the invention, the outer seal can be exchanged with a sealing inner seal. A special channel is provided for discharging leakage water.
In the drawing, Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a rotary valve, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through a throttle valve, FIG. 3 shows a longitudinal section through the bearing section on an enlarged scale, FIG. 4 shows a cross section along line 1-I in Fig. 3, Fig. 5 a longitudinal section of the bearing part with the drawn relief channel, 6 shows a cross section along line II-II in FIG. 5 and FIG. 7 shows the drainage. in the Housing 1 of a rotary valve or a throttle valve of a known type are the bearing inserts 2 installed and firmly screwed to it. The bearing bush is in the bearing inserts 2 3 slightly pressed in. The inner seal 4 is arranged so that this The thrust bearing surface 5 and the plain bearing surface 6 are sealed from the hydraulic fluid, whereby impurities are kept away from the sliding surfaces. The outer seal 7 closes the camp from the outside; it prevents the lubricant from escaping and serves as a reserve seal in the event of a leak in the inner seal 4. Due to the intended arrangement of the double seal, it is possible to use the outer Replace seal 7 when the shut-off device housing is under pressure by the two-part locking ring 8 is removed. This ring is two-part to him to be able to remove without dismantling the drive member seated on the axle have to. In addition, the bearing insert 2 with the accessories already mentioned Easily removable without dismantling large and heavy parts, which is a relief makes a significant contribution to the control and maintenance work of the storage areas.
For the lubrication of the journal 9, it is necessary that at least as many lubrication grooves are arranged as the angle of rotation of the rotary valve in 360 ° is divisible to the entire bearing sliding surface 11 with the lubricant during the rotary movement to prove. Each lubrication groove 10 is a separate one that is closed off by a lubrication nipple 12 Lubricant supply channel 12a assigned, with which the subsequent delivery of the lubricant is secured.
According to FIG. 3, the fresh lubricant is pressed in the direction of arrow 13 through the supply channel 14 by means of a grease gun through the channels 19a into the lubricating grooves 10. The lubricant passes in the direction of the arrow 15 through the grooves 10 into the annular space 16, from which it can escape via the discharge channels 17a and through the open cocks 17. Prior to the lubrication process, the lubrication grooves 10 and the sliding surface 11 can be flushed through with a cleaning agent, for example petroleum, in order to clean old grease residues. After the cleaning and lubrication process, the taps 17 are closed again.
According to FIG. 5, the same process can be carried out in the opposite direction. The fresh lubricant is in the direction of arrow 18 directly through the lubricating groove 19 pressed, fat residues are over; Grooves 19a in the direction of arrow 20 through the outlet grooves 21 via the annular space 16, the discharge channels 17a through the open Taps 17 pushed outwards. Through the grooves 19a, which can also be an annular groove, which both with the lubrication grooves 19 and with the output grooves 21 in connection the face of the bearing insert is also continuously coated with lubricant Mistake.
In the event of a leak in the inner seal 4 are shown in Fig. 7 channels 22 created with an outwardly leading channel 23 and valve 24, so that at least any leakage water during the cleaning or lubrication process can be partially or wholly derived.
