Schallplatte mit herausbrechbarem Mittelteil Es sind heute neben den
Schallplatten mit kleinem Mittelloch von 7 mm Durchmesser auch Schallplatten
mit einem großen Mittelloch von 38 mm Durchmesser in Verwendung. Um diese
mit üblichen Schallplattenspielem, die eine dünne Spindel aufweisen, abspielen zu
können, sind Einsatzstücke gebräuchlich, die auf das große Mittelloch bemessen sind
und als Zwischenstück auf die dünne Abspielspindel aufgesteckt werden. Es sind auch
schon Schallplattenspieler bekanntgeworden, bei denen man wahlweise eine dünne oder
eine dicke Spindel einsetzen kann. Da die Umstellung der Geräte verhältnismäßig
komphziert und teuer ist, ist man neuerdings dazu übergegangen, die Umstellung in
die Schallplatte zu verlegen. Hierfür hat man Schallplatten herausgebracht, die
einen ein kleines Mittelloch enthaltenden, mit der Schallplatte einstückigen herausbrechbaren
Mittelteil innerhalb eines größeren Mittelloches aufweisen. Die Schallplatte kann
daher ohne Veränderung sofort auf allen Schallplattenspielem mit dünner Spindel
abgespielt werden. Ein Benutzer dagegen, der auf einem Schallplattenspieler mit
dicker Spindel abspielen will, bricht das Mittelteil heraus und erhält auf diese
Weise ein großes Mittelloch, das das Abspielen auf der dicken Spindel ermöglicht.
Die konstruktive Gestaltung des Mittelloches einer Platte in der Form, daß sich
ein zentraler Teil, der das kleine Loch umschließt, herausbrechen läßt, um ein Loch
mit großem Durchmesser übrigzulassen, stößt jedoch auf Schwierigkeiten, die in erster
Linie im Herstellungsgang der Schallplatte begründet sind. Man kann zwar entsprechende
Teile aus der Platte ausstanzen, jedoch bedingt dies einen zusätzlichen Arbeitsgang,
der die Herstellung der Platten verteuert. Man kann die entsprechende Foringebung
des Mittelteiles auch schon beim Pressen oder Spritzen der Platte berücksichtigen,
jedoch erfordert dies besonders komplizierte Formen. Ein weiterer grundlegender
Mangel der Schallplatten mit herausbrechbarem Mittelteil liegt darin, daß häufig
die Brechkanten nicht den vorgeschriebenen Verlauf nehmen und daher eine Nachbehandlung
erforderlich wird, ja es kann sogar beim Herausbrechen zu einer Zerstörung der Platte

Gemäß der Erfindung werden diese Mängel dadurch vermieden, daß der
Mittelteil 3 aus einem einzigen, von der Schallplatte getrennten Stück und
aus Kunststoff etwacrleichen Materials wie die Schallplatte besteht und vorzugsweise
als Spritzgußteil ausgebildet ist, und daß dieser Mittelteil 3 mehrere, z.
B. vier, nach außen gerichtete starre Arme 5 hat, deren Berührungsflächen
mit der Innenseite des Mittelloches klein im Verhältnis zum Gesamtumfang des Mittelloches
sind und deren äußere Enden z. B. mittels Fahnen 6, 7 haftend durch Kleben
oder thermische oder mechanische Verformung an der Innenkante des großen Mittelloches
der Schallplatte so befestigt sind, daß der Mittelteil als getrennter Teil nur durch

bekannten Platten mit herausbrechbarem mit der Platte einstückigem Mittelteil, mit
dem Unterschied jedoch, daß das Herausbrechen viel leichter möglich ist und vollständig
saubere Brechkanten entstehen, die den Innenkanten des eingepreßten großen Mittelloches

Die Vereinigung des Mittelteiles mit der Schallplatte erfolgt so,

das Herausbrechen ohne Verwendung besonderer Werkzeuge und ohne Gefahr einer Zerstörung
der Schallplatte durchgeführt werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß wird der herausbrechbare
Mittelteil durch Kleben oder thermische
oder mechanische Verformung
im großen Mittelloch der Schallplatte befestigt. Der herausbrechbare Mittelteil
wird vorteilhaft aus Kunststoff hergestellt, beispielsweise gleichen Materials wie
die Schallplatte. Eine Ausbildung des Mittelteiles als Spritzgußteil ist möglich.
Gemäß bevorzugter Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird ein Mittelteil
verwendet, der mehrere, z. B. vier Arme aufweist, die durch umlegbare Fahnen nüt
der Schallplatte verbunden sind. Ein besonderer Vorzug der Erfindung ist der, daß
die nachträglich hergestellten Einsatzstücke sehr billig sind und in einem besonderen
Arbeitsvorgang an die im wesentlichen fertige Schallplatte angespritzt, angeklebt
oder anderweitig befestigt werden, so daß sie nur durch Herausbrechen entfernt werden

5 Lappen 7 vorgesehen, die in Pfeilrichtung umgelegt werden und dadurch
das Einsatzstück 3 an der Schallplatte festhalten, indem die Lappen
6 und 7 die Kante des Loches 2 zwischen sich einklemmen. Das Einsatzstück
3 besteht zweckmäßig aus Kunststoff und wird vorteilhaft im Spritzverfahren
hergestellt. Die Lappen 7 werden erwärmt und in die strichpunktierte Lage
7 ' umgelegt. Nach dem Erkalten entsteht eine so feste Verbindung, daß die
Handhabung wie bei jeder normalen Platte erfolgen kann, andererseits ist die Verbindung
nicht zu
fest, um ein leichtes Herausbrechen zu ermöglichen. Verstärkungen
8 können an dem einsetzbaren Mittelteil 3 vorgesehen werden, damit
die Platte, wenn sie im Mittelteil gespielt wird, eben auf dem Plattenteller aufliegL
