Vorliegende Sperrvorrichtung hat den Zweck', ein Aufzugseil ζ. Β. bei aufgezogenen Bogenlampen von Zug zu entlasten. Fig. 1 zeigt dieselbe zur Hälfte im Querschnitt, und zwar ist in dieser gezeichneten Stellung das Drahtseil s entlastet. Die Last hängt an dem unteren starken Ringe h, welcher mit dem durchlochten Kolben g fest verschraubt ist. Kolben g wird an seinem wulstförmigen oberen Ende von drei Kugeln getragen. Läfst man jetzt das Drahtseil wieder nach, also Kolben g abwärts gehen, so legt er sich auf den entsprechend ausgedrehten inneren Theil des Ringes i und schlüpft mit diesem an den Kugeln vorbei. Die Sperrung geht in einfacher Weise vor sich, indem der obere konische Theil des Kolbens g die Kugeln aus einander drückt, die dann bei einer gewissen Höhe des Kolbens, wie in der Zeichnung dargestellt, wieder einfallen.
