Nozzle head (1) comprises a flow guiding element (12) arranged upstream of a nozzle (8) to discharge a liquid upstream of the nozzle in a rotational manner. Preferred Features: The flow guiding element defines a spiral flow path (48) for the liquid. The section of the nozzle head in which the flow guiding element is arranged has an inner cross-section (16) which is larger than the smallest cross-section of the nozzle.
