Description
Lens attachment for (optical) devices It is known that lenses in sockets for optical devices by means of screw rings, spring washers, flanges of the Socket parts, fitting of frame parts, cementing (for plastic sockets), Pressing-in of the socket parts in a partially heated state during the manufacturing process to inject plastic socket parts into the socket body being created, to fix. The attachment of the lenses by means of screw rings has disadvantages, because the lenses can be easily clamped and not dust and waterproof Sealing is achieved. Attempts have already been made to tighten the lenses avoid and achieve the dust and water seal of the lenses in their mounts, by pouring rubber-like rings on the lenses, which were made after the Assembly lie between the lenses and frame bodies. The lenses are here held by means of screw rings. A simultaneous centering of the lenses through this rubber-like rings are not possible with this system.
An optical system is known in which the frame is made of plastic is made and the lenses in this mount by means of screw rings and sealing rings being held. Here, too, the lenses are held and centered rubbery rings are not given.
As is also known, are in a bayonet-like socket part Lenses attached by means of rubber-like, bayonet-like rings. Here is neither a centering of the lenses still a dust- and waterproof seal through the rubber-like retaining rings shown / given.
It is also known to use an optical lens in its mount part a metal clamping ring in a groove that is machined into the lens. With this system there is on the one hand no optical centering and on the other hand none Dust and watertight sealing of the lens in its frame body possible.
Sealing rings that are round in cross section are also known. The version itself is a so-called triple screw socket, in which by screwing together the individual lenses are joined together to form a unit.
The O-ring is here not as a lens retaining ring, but only placed as a sealing ring between two optical elements, thereby increasing the distance of these two elements is given to each other by this O-ring. It could instead of the O-ring also a rectangular, polygonal cross-section, flat, square, oval or otherwise shaped rubber-like ring with the the same result can be used with regard to sealing. Elastic o-rings are used to seal between the lenses and the mount body of a telescope laid in order to make this dustproof and waterproof. It's next to a telescope known to provide sealing rings at various points.
It is also known, an optical lens by means of a rubber-like To hold the element. This rubber-like element is in a conical socket part used. This element is U-shaped when seen in cross section, so that the lens can be held in this element. The lens with the element is through the bell-shaped eyecup held. With this construction is only one Dust and waterproof seal given. But it is not possible to use the lens optically centered in the frame part by the element and without the support part to be secured against falling out, unless adhesives are used. Through the The invention described below and illustrated in the drawings becomes a Quickly and easily mountable lens holder created, which also includes all Has advantages of the known arrangements in terms of sealing and centering.
According to the invention this is achieved in that a lens attachment is created, in which between the lens and the frame body a rubber-elastic Ring is arranged such that the groove of the socket body for receiving the ring is designed so that the ring can be pressed in after the lens has been inserted into the socket body, where the ring for centering, sealing and Holder of the lens is used. The invention is in principle the same in the various ways Embodiments shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Querschnitt eines Fassungsteiles mit einer durch den im-Querschnitt runden gummiartigen Ring in dieser Fassung gehaltenen Linse, wobei die Linse infolge der Federwirkung des Ringes in die Fassung gedrückt und durch-,die-Fassung zentriert wird; .Fig. 1 shows a cross section of a socket part with a through the lens held in this frame with a round rubber-like ring, whereby the lens is pressed into the frame as a result of the spring action of the ring and through-the-frame is centered; .
Fig. 2 shows this lens mount. According to Fig. 1 seen from above in the top view; Fig. 3 shows a cross section of a frame part with a lens, whereby this lens through the rubber- .. like retaining ring and one on the lens, The circumferential surface, which is inclined to the optical axis, is held centered will; FIG. 4 shows this lens mount according to FIG. 3 seen from above in a top view; Fig. 5 shows a cross section of a holder part with a rubber-like Ring held in this mount lens, with the retaining groove for the rubbery one Ring is not self-contained, but is designed like a bayonet mount; FIG. 6 shows this lens mount according to FIG. 5 viewed from above in a plan view.
According to Fig. 1, 1 denotes a socket body, in which a lens 2 is inserted, which is frictionally held in its intended position in its storage by a self-contained, rubber-like, resilient ring 3, which is round in cross section.
The rubber-like ring 3 , round in cross section, is located in a groove 4 which is arranged opposite the lens 2 in the mount body 1 in such a way that the rubber-like ring 3, seen in cross section, corresponds to the shape of the lens 2 , when pressed together, constantly exerts a soft pressure on the exercises the entire outer edge of the lens 2 and thus holds this lens 2 secured against displacement against the bearing edge 5 of the socket body 1.
So that the ring 3 can be easily pressed into the groove 4 , the socket body 1 is provided above the groove 4 with a circumferential inclined surface 6 , which can be designed in a known manner as a light protection screen with an appropriate design.
A.As can be seen from FIG. 3, the outer diameter of the lens 2 is smaller than the inner diameter of the circumferential bearing edge 7. The lens 2 has a circumferential inclined surface B inclined towards the optical axis A on its upper outer edge. The rubber-like resilient ring 3 presses against the inclined surface 8 and thus frictionally centers the lens 2 with respect to the optical axis A.
The socket body 1 shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 has a circumferential groove 4 into which the ring 3 is pressed. It is necessary to incorporate the groove 4 also in the case of plastic socket bodies 1 afterwards. So that these operations can be saved, the circumferential groove 4 on the top is interrupted equally divided at three points, for example, as shown in FIGS. By means of an appropriately designed plastic pressing tool, the groove 4 according to FIGS. 5 and 6 can then be worked into the socket when the socket is pressed, so that no further reworking is required to produce the groove 4 according to FIGS. 1 to 4 is required. The three bayonet lugs 9 are shorter than the recesses 10, so that the tool for the grooves 4, which have formed under the lugs 9 , can be easily removed after a rotation of about 60 °. The recesses 10 are formed by a corresponding counterpart in the tool, which must be removed before the tool forming the tab grooves 4 is rotated.
