Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Schenkelstütze in Längsrichtung insbesondere stufenlos verstellbar ist. Dadurch kann, ausgehend von einer gebräuchlichen Grundstellung, innerhalb eines bestimmten, auch außergewöhnliche Fehlformen umfassenden Bereiches jede benötigte Stützfläche eingestellt werden. Die Schenkelstütze besteht vorzugsweise aus zwei gegeneinander beweglichen Trägern, die mit einem gemeinsamen, nachgiebigen Bezug bespannt sind. Dadurch ergibt sich bei einem einfachen Aufbau eine ununterbrochene Auflagefläche, die sich bis zu der Beckenmulde erstreckt und dort ohne merklichen, Übergang befestigt ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist einer der Träger durch Scharnierbänder an der Beckenmulde befestigt und der andere Träger gegenüber ersterem verschiebbar geführt. Dadurch ergibt sich bei geringem Bauaufwand eine sichere Halterung.
