Die Kammer 6 ist gegen das Kurbelgehäuse 1 durch einen zylindrischen Bund 7 des Zylinders 4, der mit einer Dichtung 8 versehen ist, abgedichtet. Für den Durchtritt der von einem Kolbenverdichter od. dgl. in die Spülluftkammer 6 und von dort in den Zylinderraum 9 geförderten Luft sind Schlitze 10 vorgesehen, die vom Kolben 11 gesteuert werden.
