Für den Durchtritt der von einem Kolbenverdichter od. dgl. in die Spülluftkammer 6 und von dort in den Zylinderraum 9 geförderten Luft sind Schlitze 10 vorgesehen, die vom Kolben 11 gesteuert werden.
