geschichteten Isolierstoffen, z. B. Preßspan, bestehen, beträchtlich in ihrer Längsrichtung
High-voltage layer winding with insulation stepped against earth for
Power and test transformers The invention relates to a high-voltage layer
Winding for power and test transformers with isolation stepped to earth
and with axial cooling channels between the winding layers in which the coolant is applied
the winding end faces and is diverted and preferably the lengths
of the winding layers to the outside and all between the individual winding layers
Insulation linings introduced around the winding face, leaving a cooling channel
outwards and further, around the winding outer jacket. Until now
you have the coolant, which is mostly oil, in the between the individual winding layers
provided cooling channels via the insulation bandage attached to the front, the
here as a rule consisted of angle rings, led into the winding and then out again.
The disadvantage here was that the insulation at the front had to be loosened,
by spacing the angle rings from each other for the purpose of the coolant passage
were attached. The angle rings, washers, support parts used to build up the insulation
etc. are here under unfavorable insulation technology, because the from the
Electric field lines emerging from the winding are perpendicular to the winding axis
Flanges of the angle rings as well as the washer and support parts; which usually look
layered insulating materials, e.g. B. Pressboard exist, considerably in their longitudinal direction
where they are known to behave much worse electrically,
than when they are stressed perpendicular to the stratification.
The same disadvantage in terms of unfavorable stress on the insulating material
on the winding end faces also had windings in which the between
the winding layers introduced insulation layers around the winding face and additionally
were still knocked around the outer jacket, because here the frontal ones
Insulation parts were perpendicular to the winding axis. In addition to these windings,
that a coolant flow through the winding was not provided. At a
other known winding were between the individual winding layers and
the cooling channels provided between these insulation coverings, but
These were each on the winding front side by additionally introduced 1st insulating material
closed and protruding in front of the respective winding layer
Insulating material attached to both ends of the windings, coolant inlet and outlet channels.
This is disadvantageous because a breakdown of the main winding insulation also occurs on such
Places the winding is required where there are higher voltages to earth.
The object of the invention is to provide a remedy here. With a high-voltage layer winding
of the type mentioned above, this can be achieved by the fact that the winding end
to the outside and further around the winding outer jacket
According to the invention, in the area of the winding end, it is so, in particular, so curved
are that the electric field lines emerging from the winding are the preferred
insulation consisting of layered material, in particular paper or pressboard
always meet as perpendicular as possible, that also between the individual winding layers
existing axial cooling channels in the vicinity of the two winding ends in the
Winding layers and the adjacent insulation layers attached radially
directed channels are interconnected; being part of the between the
Winding layers of introduced insulation material around the forehead of the neighboring ones
Winding layer is wrapped around, and that the coolant inlet and outlet in the
or from the winding at points of lowest electrical stress, in particular
takes place in the area of the earth-side winding end in the axial direction.
oben in axialer Richtung erfolgt.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, which shows a partial longitudinal section through a winding arrangement. With 1 the iron core leg is indicated and with 2 the adjacent low-voltage winding. The length of the winding layers decreases towards the outside towards layer 8. 4 'to 8' are radiation protection rings that are placed on the end turns of the individual winding layers and are at the potential of the respective end position. 9 is a metallic shielding jacket attached over the outermost winding layer 8, e.g. B. made of copper, which is connected to the adjacent layer and which is slotted in the axial direction. The existing ring channels left free between the individual winding layers are each filled with insulating layers 10 to 13, leaving preferably axial cooling channels 15 to 18. An insulating covering 14 with a channel 19 is also provided between the winding layer 8 and the shielding jacket 9. The covering 14 is wrapped around the outside of the screen 9 and thus completely envelops it, that is to say also on its outside. A part of the coverings 10 'to 13' is wrapped around the face of the winding layers 4 to 8 and also continues a little bit on the respective outer jacket of the layers. The main part of the individual insulation coverings 10 to 13, on the other hand, is turned over to the outside around the winding face and further also over the winding outer jacket, namely the shielding ring 9 applied to it. This creates a thick insulating fur on the shielding ring from the insulating coverings 10 to 14 lying close together. In addition, the individual winding layers are covered by the insulating material on their winding ends according to the respective level of their potential. The turning of the individual insulating coverings around the radiation rings placed on the end of the winding is carried out in such a way, in particular by correspondingly curving the insulation coverings at the ends of the layers, that the electrical field lines emerging from the winding are the insulating material, which is usually made of paper or chipboard, i.e. a layered material , hit approximately perpendicular and thus mainly also stress perpendicularly. The preferably axially extending cooling channels 15 to 18 provided in the insulating coverings 10 to 14 are connected to one another via cooling channels 19 to 22 attached to the end faces of the winding layers and via the channels 23 to 26 attached to the insulating coverings 10 to 13. The channels 23 to 26 are preferably installed in an inclined manner, that is, after the winding ends and the low-voltage winding, they are attached with an inclined slope. To improve the creepage distance, individual barriers such. B. from both sides reaching into the channels parts 27 and 28, which are attached at a distance from one another and overlap, are provided. The radial cooling channels 19 to 22 are expediently arranged in the vicinity of the winding ends, specifically preferably between the last layer turn and the radiation ring placed on it. For this purpose, either the radiation ring can have appropriate cutouts, or spacers with appropriate cutouts can be inserted between the radiation ring and the last layer turn different dimensions of the channel widths can be used to ensure the same flow rate as possible. It is also possible to give the cooling channels themselves a special course deviating from the axial direction, e.g. B. spiral-shaped or meander-shaped course, - to give: The coolant itself can be set in circulation by heat buoyancy. Instead, in a manner known per se, coolant circulation pumps can also be connected upstream which force circulation. In the embodiment shown, the coolant enters the layer winding on the winding side lying on the duck, namely between the first winding layer 4 adjacent to the low-voltage winding and the next following winding layer 5 in the axial direction. As indicated by the arrow, the coolant is distributed within the winding, in order to then flow back through the radial channels at the top to channel 15 , from which it exits upward in the axial direction. On the circumference of the winding, the radial channels can be provided in large numbers or also continuously over the entire circumference. It is also possible to have the coolant inlet and outlet from two axial channels, similar to channel 15. In this case, the intermediate insulation layer is not wrapped around the end of the winding, lying close to the other, but can only end in a so-called angled ring on the end of the winding, which is then spaced from the other insulation layers on the end of the winding. One will resort to such a solution if one wants to achieve particularly effective cooling and it is already sufficient if only the winding layer of the highest potential is encased by the insulating material of the coverings.
The arrangement according to the invention shows you, although largely
is tightly enclosed by the insulating material, thanks to an excellent cooling effect
the end. But this is also due to the particularly favorable arrangement
of the insulation materials, preferably on the winding face, a longitudinal stress
the winding insulation, which mostly consists of layered insulation materials, to a large extent
avoided and obtained a winding arrangement in which the highest possible electrical
Strength against earth is achieved.
