DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Zur Wärmebehandlung von Schüttgütern sind Vorrichtungen bekannt, die für die Führung des Schüttgutes eine Wendelfläche um eine senkrechte Achse besitzen, deren Steigung geringer ist als der natürliche Böschungswinkel des Schüttgutes und die um ihre Achse derart hin- und herbewegt werden kann, daß das Schüttgut infolge dieser Bewegung allmählich längs der Wendelfläche herunterrutscht, wobei der Raum um die Wendelfläche von einem Wärmebehandlungsmedium, z. B. heißer Luft, durchströmt wird. Es ist ferner bekannt, statt der Wendelfläche einen geschlossenen Kanal für das Schüttgut vorzusehen, so daß das Schüttgut von dem Wärmebehandlungsmedium getrennt bleibt. In einem zylindrischen Gehäuse 1 mit senkrechter Achse ist eine konzentrische Hohlwelle 2 mittels eines Lagers derart gelagert, daß sie um ihre Achse um einen Winkel gedreht werden kann. In der Regel liegt dieser Steigungswinkel zwischen 20 und 40°. Für die Behandlung von Getreide kann er z. B. bei 25°, für die Behandlung von Zement bei 30° liegen. Die Kanäle 4 haben einen rechteckigen Querschnitt und eine solche radiale Länge, daß sie am Gehäuse 1 mehr oder weniger dicht anliegen.
