superphosphathaltiger, also die Phosphorsäure vorzugsweise in wasserlöslicher Form
Process for the production of dry, hard and non-caking in storage
Phosphate fertilizer granules The invention relates to a method in the
Production of granulated phosphate fertilizers, especially when used
superphosphate-containing, i.e. phosphoric acid, preferably in water-soluble form
containing fertilizers to avoid various difficulties occurring.
For example, when using Ca0-containing substances for the coating
the fresh granules produced in the granulators and their drying on the surface
a more or less extensive neutralization and thereby a decrease in the
water-soluble phosphoric acid.
If this disadvantage initially only affects the surface of the granulate
remains limited, it has a much stronger effect later, e.g. B.
when the fertilizer comes for analysis. It will then, and increasingly
with increasing amount of the applied Ca0-containing coating substance, significantly
less water-soluble P205 detected than actually existed and guaranteed
is.
This then leads to unjustified complaints about low wages. the
However, the use of the Ca0-containing coating substances has a major technical impact
Advantage that they are now usually produced without special drying
Fertilizer granulates dry very well on the surface
in addition, it is the best compared to all encapsulating agents that can be used. Also effect
the Ca0-containing coating substances the formation of sufficiently hard and good
granules which can be sieved off, which would otherwise be the norm, especially in the case of superphosphate
granulated fertilizers on the warehouse, visible hardening avoided
will.
There are already processes for the production of fertilizers containing superphosphate
became known, after which a neutralization of the water-soluble phosphoric acid
containing granules also on their surface due to the action of ammonia solutions,
possibly with the use of dilute sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid,
takes place. This creates a lively development of heat that leads to drying
which leads to granules on the surface.
With this action of ammonia on the water-soluble and free
Phosphoric acid-containing granules goes below the level of water-soluble phosphoric acid
too thick depending on the amount of ammonia used, while according to the invention
Process a decrease in water-soluble phosphoric acid does not take place.
Weiter ist die Herstellung von körnigen Calcium-Magnesium-Phosphatdüngemitteln

schen Pate-hrift 930 757 bekannt.

Furthermore, the production of granular calcium-magnesium-phosphate fertilizers according to the German ce patent publication 930 757 known. After this

The process according to the invention can be used in any granulation apparatus and in any granules produced by any granulation process. However, it is used with particular advantage in plate granulation processes, since the reduction is possible in one operation using a1 resulting from the new method of operation. The sulfuric acid is expediently sprayed on shortly before the granules emerge from the interior into the ring channel (but only there with the simultaneous or brief addition of the coating substances To obtain a higher Iction temperature as a coating substance used in sufficient quantity of calcareous substances, a drying of the granules is achieved with simultaneous avoidance of a decrease in the water-soluble phosphorus and with the simultaneous formation of granules which can no longer be caked or harden due to their strong coating The process is not limited to fertilizers containing water-soluble phosphoric acid, but can also be used for all other granules, where it is important to dry the granules at a reaction temperature, primarily their surface, by reacting alkaline r can be achieved with acids. For example, this method can also be applied to granules made from microfine rock phosphate that have been treated with water or dilute acids as a granulating liquid by subsequently treating the granulation with acids on the surface at the same time or shortly afterwards with lime-containing balls. In the same se, as already described, higher reaction tears occur, which result in an immediate strong drying of granules and at the same time solid, but easily disintegrated in the soil around the that Rock phosphate in its unchanged grind fineness
