Der Gegenstand der Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung, welche das Nageln der Kisten erleichtern und das Schrä'ggehen der Nägel verhindern soll. Die Vorrichtung besteht im Wesentlichen aus zwei drehbaren oder verschiebbaren Leisten.The object of the invention relates to a device which enables the nailing of the boxes to facilitate and prevent the nails from sloping. Auf der Zeichnung ist die Vorrichtung dargestellt. Die Leisten / sind drehbar an einem Rahmen bezw. zwei Schienen r angebracht. Die Schienen oder eine der Leisten sind mit dem Anschlage α versehen , welcher erforderlichenfalls verstellbar angeordnet ist. Die Vorrichtung wird so auf die Kiste gebracht, dafs die Anschläge α auf bezw. an der Wand anliegen, in welche die Nägel eingetrieben werden sollen. Es befinden sich dann die Aussparungen für die einzuschlagenden Nägel ungefähr in der Mitte über der betreffenden Wand. Werden nun die Nägel in die Aussparungen c eingesetzt, so treffen dieselben, wenn sie mit dem Hammer oder dergl. eingetrieben werden, genau an die bestimmte Stelle, und das Schrägschlagen derselben wird verhütet. Die Vorrichtung kann so eingerichtet sein, dafs sie nur einen oder eine Anzahl Nägel gleichzeitig aufzunehmen vermag. Es können eine gröfsere Anzahl Aussparungen vorhanden sein, so dafs sich dieselben nahe neben einander befinden und dafs somit die Nägel in beliebiger Entfernung von einander eingeschlagen werden können. Sind die Leisten Z nachstellbar angeordnet, so können verschieden starke Nägel eingeschlagen werden. Auch können die Aussparungen, damit vierkantige Nägel Verwendung finden können, winkelförmig gestaltet sein, so dafs sowohl schwächere als auch stärkere Nägel an der Seite der Aussparungen genügende Führung erhalten. Sind die Nägel eingeschlagen, so braucht die Einrichtung mit den nach unten umklappbaren Leisten nur gehoben zu werden (Fig. 4), um dieselbe von der Kiste abheben zu können. Die umklappbaren Leisten werden in ihrer äufsersten Stellung durch Anschläge gestützt bezw. mit Federn oder Gewichten versehen, welche dieselben wieder in die Arbeitsstellung bringen.The device is shown in the drawing.
