Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein vereinigtes Absperr- und Sicherheitsventil für Gase beliebigen Druckes. Dasselbe ist auf der Zeichnung in einer Ausführungsform dargestellt. Das Ventil besteht aus dem durch die Spindel α bewegten Absperrventilkegel b, welcher den Ventilsitz c schliefst.. Durch eine Feder d, welche dem festgesetzten Drucke für die Auslösung des Sicherheitsventils entspricht, wird der Sitz c festgeprefst, während die unter derselben angeordnete Stopfbüchse e aus Leder, Gummi, Metallpackungen oder sonst einem dem betreffenden Gase zweckentsprechenden Material den gasdichten Abschlufs nach aufsen bewirkt und damit die Verwendung des Ventils zum genannten Zwecke ermöglichen.The valve consists of the shut-off valve cone b moved by the spindle α , which closes the valve seat c.
