Um ein Verstopfen des Anfangsstücks 11 des Mantelrohrs 2 zu vermeiden, sind innerhalb dieses Anfangsstücks noch eine oder mehrere versetzt gegen die Mantelrohrbohrungen 12 angeordnete Spülbohrungen 14 im Spülrohr 1 vorgesehen. Das hintere, offene Ende des Mantelrohrs 2 wird durch einen Auslauftrichter 15 gebildet, der in das Auffangbecken 5 mündet. Spülrohr 1 und Mantelrohr 2 sind gemeinsam auf einem Lagerbock 16 des Gestells 4 abnehmbar gelagert. Hierzu können Spannbänder, Rohrschellen od. dgl. verwendet werden. Das über die Zuleitung 3 und ein Absperr- und Regulierventil 17 dem Spülrohr 1 zugeführte Spülwasser kann beispielsweise einer Wassermischanlage entnommen werden. Das Wärmebecken 6 ist durch eine Überlaufwand 18 vom Auffangbecken 5 getrennt, das seinerseits ein Ablaufrohr 19 besitzt. Das Spülen und Reinigen der Därme geht mit der beschriebenen Vorrichtung in folgender Weise vor sich: Das Spülrohr 1 wird durch entsprechende Einstellung des Regulierventils 17 mit geringem Wasserdruck gespeist. Der zu reinigende Darm wird von Hand auf das Endstück des Spülrohrs 1 und langsam weiter auf das Mantelrohr aufgeschoben, bis er sich ganz auf diesem befindet. Das aus dem Endstück 8 austretende Spülwasser löst den Darminhalt, vermischt sich mit diesem und drückt durch das Mantelrohr 2 nach rückwärts, wo es aus dem Auslauftrichter 15 ausströmen kann. Von hier gelangt das Spülwasser in das Auffangbecken 5 und von dort in das Ablaufrohr 19. Handelt es sich um sehr lange Därme, so wird von zwei Seiten gearbeitet und zuletzt nochmals durchgespült. Das Lösen des Darminhalts durch das Spülwasser kann durch leichtes Kneten des Darms in Höhe des Endstücks 8 des Spülrohrs 1 und des Anfangsstücks 11 des Mantelrohrs 2 unterstützt werden, was keine Schwierigkeiten bietet, weil der Darm ja nicht gehalten zu werden braucht. Zum Reinigen der Vorrichtung, die vorzugsweise aus rostfreiem Stahl od. dgl. gefertigt ist, wird das Mantelrohr 2 und das Spülrohr 1 vom Gestell 4 abgenommen und das Mantelrohr 2, das lediglich auf dem Spülrohr 1 aufgeschoben ist, von diesem abgezogen. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist natürlich nicht eng an das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel gebunden, sondern kann im Rahmen der Erfindung auch in anderer zweckmäßiger Weise aufgebaut werden. Dies gilt vor allem hinsichtlich der Anordnung des Gestells und der Befestigung des Spül- und Mantelrohrs. Beispielsweise sei hier bemerkt, daß die Spülvorrichtung auch an einer Wand befestigt werden kann, so daß das Gestell 4 entfällt. Patentansprüche:tapers and closes on the flushing pipe 1.
