Device to prevent the transfer of the electric motors,
in particular single-phase motors, noise-generating torsional vibrations that occur
of the stator on the motor mount It has been shown that with single-phase motors disturbing
Noises occur because torsional vibrations of the stator, which are
when operating at 50 Hz is usually the discrete frequency 100 Hz to which
Motor mount or its base transferred and emitted from there into the environment
will. To avoid this inconvenience, it has already been proposed to use the noise-generating
Torsional vibrations of the stator due to elastic coupling of an approximately to the disruptive
To dampen torsional vibrations matched counter-oscillating mass. Even if this is the case
a large part of the interfering torsional vibrations is rendered harmless, since this
Vibrations occur within the stand mass and the elastically coupled with it
Counter-oscillating mass can compensate for existing systems, but there is the possibility of
that part of the vibrations, which are not compensated, on the place of installation
transferred to the machine, even when the machine is on an elastic
Document is set up. This can also cause an annoying noise
be generated. The present invention now provides a means of overcoming this
Evil.
Dadurch wird also in jedem Falle
According to the invention, the device is made so that the stand mass
and with its elastically coupled counter-oscillating mass existing system in the oscillation node
the elasticity of a carrier, e.g. B. an auxiliary housing is carried, the
the place of installation can rest on an elastic base. Through this storage
of the vibrating system in the vibration node of elasticity is achieved,
that no more vibration energy is transferred to the installation site of the device
will. This is the case even if the vibrating system is not exactly on the
interfering frequency is tuned; because if for this reason in the node of vibration
the elasticity should, for example, still occur minor perturbation oscillations
these from the also elastically mounted carrier, which acts as a throttle element,
prevented from crossing over to the place of installation. So this is in any case
A transfer of the noise-generating torsional vibrations of the stand to the place of installation
safely and completely avoided.
A particularly advantageous embodiment of such a device
is designed according to the invention so that the counter-oscillator consists of a stand
enclosing housing consists of on the two ends of the stator housing
or the rubber rings attached to the shaft bearings located there,
and that the edges of the auxiliary housing serving as a support at the point of the node of oscillation
engage in the two rubber rings. It should be noted here that it is already
has been known per se, the stator housing from at the two ends of the stator housing
attached rubber rings to wear. The momentum of the counter-oscillator
is advantageously kept so large in the device according to the invention that it
is approximately equal to the moment of inertia of the stator.
Erfindung ausgebildeten Einrichtung schematisch dargestellt.
kleinerer anteiliger Schwingweite beteiligt.
Gegenschwingermasse
6 gekoppelt, die etwa auf die Frequenz der
Ständermasse, also vorzugsweise 100 Hz, abgestimmt ist.
In Fig. 1, the basic structure of such a device designed according to the invention is shown schematically. 1 is the smaller mass of the rotor, which on the one hand is coupled to the larger stator mass 3 via the elasticity 2 of the magnetic field and on the other hand can be connected to the consumer mass 4 for the purpose of energy output. Since the magnetic field 2 is variable when operating at 50 ' Hz, preferably in a 100 Hz rhythm, this magnetic field represents the seat of the 100 Hz excitation, so that the rotor and stator masses oscillate against each other. Since this stator mass is larger than the rotor mass, it is involved with a smaller proportional amplitude. If, on the other hand, the consumer mass 4 is coupled to the rotor shaft for the purpose of energy output, the rotor mass increases depending on the type of coupling, and the stronger the vibrations of the stator mass 3. The stator mass 3 is now through a z. B. made of rubber elasticity 5 coupled with a counter oscillating mass 6, which is approximately matched to the frequency of the stator mass, so preferably 100 Hz. The system consisting of the stator mass 3, elasticity 5 and counter-oscillating mass 6 is now supported in the vibration node 7 of the elasticity 5 by a carrier 8, which is attached to the installation site 9 by means of an elastic base 10, e.g. B. a rubber plate, can rest. When using such a coupling scheme, as it is shown in FIG.
Ausbreitung gehindert.Fig. 3 now shows a particularly favorable application example of a
such a device in a single-phase motor, namely the single-phase motor with
the device according to the invention shown in longitudinal section. 11 is the stand housing
of the single-phase motor, in the two ends of which the squirrel-cage rotor 12 carries

and both rings carry a counter-oscillating mass 16, which consists of a stator housing
11 surrounding, has about the same shape as this owning housing,
which has approximately the same mass as the stator housing 11. The counter oscillating mass
16 is now surrounded by the auxiliary housing 17, the inner edges 18 of which are collar-like
Have projections, which in the rubber rings 15 at the nodes of vibration thereof
intervention. The auxiliary housing 17 is also advantageous by means of a not particularly
shown arranged rubber liner on the engine mount. With one in such
Way trained device is achieved that the vibrations of the stator housing
11 do not step over the auxiliary housing 17 to the installation site of the motor
and can be radiated from there. Radiated approximately by the counter oscillating mass 16
Sound vibrations are from the surrounding auxiliary housing 17 to the other
