Metallpulverzusätze nicht in beliebiger Höhe vorgenommen werden können, da sonst die Bindekraft des Kittes herabgesetzt wird. Die Erfindung weist nun einen Weg, wie bei voll erhaltener Bindekraft des Kittes auch seine Leitfähigkeit stark erhöht werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Kittmasse zur weiteren Herabsetzung ihres ohmschen Widerstan.&s kurzzeitig einer zwischen der metallisierten Schicht und der Armatur angelegten elektrischen Spannung bis zum Durchschlag ausgesetzt.
