Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen beispielsweise eines HTSL-Bandes (16) auf einem Substratband (12) beschrieben, wobei aufgrund des Herstellungsprozesses (beispielsweise PVD-Verfahren oder galvanische Abscheidung) zwischen dem Substratband (12) und dem Band (16) eine starke Haftung besteht. Daher wird erfindungsgemäß auf dem Substratband (12) vor der Beschichtung mit dem Band (16) eine Opferschicht (12a) aus einem vergleichsweise unedlen Metall aufgebracht, welche vor der Abtrennung des Bandes (16) vom Substratband (12) in einem Elektrolysebad (18c) aufgelöst wird. Hierdurch wird die Bindung zwischen Substratband (12) und Band (16) aufgehoben oder zumindest stark geschwächt, so dass ein Abziehen (19) des Bandes vorteilhafterweise schonend möglich ist und so insbesondere die Oberflächen von Substratband (12) und Band (16) nicht verletzt werden. Weiterhin wird eine Trenneinrichtung beansprucht, die ein Elektrolysebad (18c) für die Opferschicht aufweist.
