Abstract

Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Lagerung auf einer Welle, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) wenigstens zwei Lager (2, 3) mit insbesondere einem großen Lagerabstand bzw. einer großen Stützweite der Lagerstellen aufweist. Die Vorrichtung (1) ist einstückig, beispielsweise in einem spritztechnischen Verfahren, insbesondere Kunststoffspritzverfahren, beispielsweise aus Kunststoff, oder beispielsweise in einem druckgusstechnischen Verfahren, insbesondere Metalldruckgussverfahren, beispielsweise aus Zink, Aluminium etc., beispielsweise als Thermoplast oder Duroplast, herstellbar. Die beiden Lager (2, 3) bestehen erfindungsgemäß abwechselnd aus Materialsegmenten (4, 5) und Leersegmenten (6, 7), welche an einer ringförmigen Struktur (9, 10) angeordnet sind. Die Lager (2, 3) der Vorrichtung (1) weisen dabei ein extrem geringes Spiel auf. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Herstellungsverfahren sind also Vorrichtungen (1) mit Lagern (2, 3) herstellbar, die eine beliebig exakte beidseitige Lagerung im Wesentlichen ohne Konizität auch bei großen Lagerabständen der Lager (2, 3) aufweisen.
