Abstract

Ein Gasgenerator mit einem länglichen Außengehäuse (12) weist einen einen Festtreibstoff (26) enthaltenden, langgestreckten Brennkammereinsatz (24; 24') mit einer rohrförmigen Wand auf. Der Brennkammereinsatz hat ein erstes und ein zweites axiales Ende (28, 29; 29') und ist in dem Außengehäuse aufgenommen. Die rohrförmige Wand des Brennkammereinsatzes (24; 24') ist an beiden axialen Enden (28, 29; 29') durch einen Formschluß in radialer und axialer Richtung am Außengehäuse (12) fixiert.
