Abstract
Two diffusing prisms (12) of the same kind each with surfaces to let light in and out are gathered to each other in the same direction. Each of their surfaces to let light in is designed in the form of a convergent lens (14). The two prisms interconnect through an opaque prism segment (16) for a prism device (10) that can link to lighting equipment. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a diffuse lighting equipment for testing or visually matching a color or color effects on a surface; and (b) a method for testing or visually matching a color or color effects on a surface or on parts of it.
