Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung schafft eine Schaltungsanordnung für einen hochauflösenden digital steuerbaren Varaktor mit einem ersten Metalloxid-Halbleiter-Transistor (27), der einen Source-, Drain-, Gate- und Bulk-Anschluss (3, 4, 14, 6) aufweist, wobei der Source-Anschluss (3) und der Drain-Anschluss (4) zu einem Steueranschluss (5) miteinander verbunden sind und an den Steueranschluss (5) eine Steuerspannung (V¶ctrl¶) angelegt ist, an dem Bulk-Anschluss (6) ein vorbestimmtes Potenzial (V¶ref¶) gelegt ist und zwischen dem Steueranschluss (5) und dem Gate-Anschluss (14) eine steuerbare Kapazität (C¶var¶) abgreifbar ist; mit einer Referenzspannungsquelle (7), die mehrere Referenzspannungen (V¶0¶, V¶1¶, ...V¶N¶) liefert; mit einer Dekodierschaltung (11), die in Abhängigkeit von einem digitalen Steuerwort (12) von mindestens zwei Bit Länge eine der Referenzspannungen (V¶0¶, V¶1¶, ...V¶N¶) an den Steueranschluss (12) schaltet; wobei die Extremwerte der steuerbaren Kapazität (C¶min¶, C¶max¶) den Extremwerten der Steuerspannung (V¶low¶ V¶ctrl¶ V¶high¶) entsprechen.
