Schraube mit selbstfurchendem Gewinde zum Eindrehen insbesondere in Gasbeton, Holz und ähnlichen Werkstoff mit einem im vorderen Bereich als Konus verlaufenden Gewindegrund, der in einer Spitze endet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei allen Gewindegängen mit bis zum Konus gleichbleibendem Kerndurchmesser Dk die Winkelhalbierende des Flankenwinkels senkrecht zur Schraubenachse und somit in gleichem Winkel verläuft und das Gewinde im vorderen Bereich über 1/2 bis 2/3 der Gewindelänge ein Durchmesserverhältnis Q1 = Außendurchmesser/Kerndurchmesser = Da1/Dk = 1,75 bis 1,90 und im hinteren Bereich über 1/2 bis 1/3 der Gewindelänge ein Durchmesserverhältnis von Q2 = Da2/Dk = 1,90 bis 2,05 aufweist bei einem Außendurchmesserverhältnis Da2/Da1 = 1,04 bis 1,1, wobei für die Steigung gleichbleibend ein Verhältnis von Kerndurchmesser zu Steigung Dk/P = 0,65 bis 0,90 besteht und die Umhüllende der Gewindegänge im Bereich des Konus derart konisch bis in die Spitze verläuft, dass der vorderste Gewindegang in der Spitze verschwindet. Für derartige Schrauben gibt es praktisch nur ein Herstellungsverfahren, nämlich das Walzen, bei dem ein Schraubenrohling zwischen zwei Walzbacken eingeklemmt wird, die sich gegeneinander verschieben und dabei auf ihren gegenüberliegenden Oberflächen den Rohling abrollen lassen, wobei sich durch eine entsprechende Nutung der Walzbacken das gewünschte Gewinde in den Rohling einwalzt. Erfindungsgemäß geschieht dies dadurch, dass bei allen Gewindegängen mit bis zum Konus gleichbleibendem Kerndurchmesser Dk die Winkelhalbierende des Flankenwinkels zur Schraubenachse in gleichem Winkel verläuft und das Gewinde im vorderen Bereich über 1/2 bis 2/3 der Gewindelänge ein Durchmesserverhältnis Q1 = Außendurchmesser/Kerndurchmesser = Da1/Dk = 1,75 bis 1,90 und im hinteren Bereich über 1/2 bis 1/3 der Gewindelänge ein Durchmesserverhältnis von Q2 = Da2/Dk = 1,90 bis 2,05 aufweist bei einem Außendurchmesserverhältnis Da2/Da1 = 1,04 bis 1,1, wobei für die Steigung gleichbleibend ein Verhältnis von Kerndurchmesser zu Steigung Dk/P = 0,65 bis 0,85 besteht und die Umhüllende der Gewindegänge im Bereich des Konus derart konisch bis in die Spitze verläuft, dass der vorderste Gewindegang in der Spitze verschwindet. Da2, was jedoch beim Walzen der Schraube unproblematisch ist, da sich diese Ungleichmäßigkeit im Wesentlichen auf die Gewindespitzen erstreckt, wo keine große Unterschiedlichkeit hinsichtlich des Materialflusses am Schraubenrohling besteht.
