Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein aus einfachen und wenigen Bauteilen bestehendes Filtermodul und eine Vorrichtung zur statischen Filtration von Flüssigkeiten. DOLLAR A Das Filtermodul (1) besteht aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Endkappen (3, 3') und aus einem dazwischen gepresst angeordneten Stapel flächiger Zuschnitte (4) mit einem im Inneren des Filtermoduls angeordneten Kanal (5). Die Zuschnitte bestehen aus drainierenden Abstandshalterschichten (8, 8') mit dazwischen angeordneten Tiefenfilterschichten (9), wobei die Abstandshalterschichten (8, 8') randseitig über fluidundurchlässige Dichtmittel (10, 10') verfügen, welche alternierend am äußeren Umfang oder am inneren Umfang zu dem Kanal (5) hin vorhanden sind. Die Dichtmittel (10, 10') erstrecken sich in den Ebenen der Abstandshalterschichten (8, 8') und über eine Breite (11), die mindestens der Höhe (12) der benachbarten Filterschichten entspricht. DOLLAR A Die Erfindung ist verwendbar zur Entfernung von Stoffen, insbesondere zur Klar- und Sterilfiltration in der Lebensmittel-, Getränke-, Pharma- und Chemie-Industrie sowie der Umwelttechnik.
