Abstract

Es ist eine Verstärkeranordnung (16) sowie ein Regelkreis mit der Verstärkeranordnung (16) angegeben, die auf einem Gilbert-Multiplizierer beruht. Parallel zu einem der Transistoren der Differenzverstärkerzellen (1, 2; 3, 4) ist dabei ein Zusatztransistor (2') geschaltet, an dem ein Signal (I) abgreifbar ist, welches proportional ist zum eingestellten Verstärkungsfaktor. Durch geeignete Verarbeitung dieses Signals, beispielsweise in einem Regelkreis (16, 18), ist es problemlos möglich, Temperatur- und Fertigungsschwankungen auszuregeln sowie eine hochlineare Kennlinie mit stabil einstellbarem Verstärkungsfaktor zu erhalten. Zusätzlich ist die gezeigte Struktur stromsparend und besonders zur Anwendung in der Hochfrequenztechnik als Verstärker mit einstellbarem Verstärkungsfaktor, VGA, einsetzbar.
