In neuerer Zeit werden die Anker der Elektromotoren und Dynamomaschinen aus Scheiben, Ringen oder segmentförmigen Platten aus Eisen zusammengesetzt. Zu diesem Zweck werden Abstandsplatten oder Segmente in den Kern an verschiedenen Stellen eingelegt. Bei der in den Fig. 1, 2, 3 und 9 gezeichneten Ausführungsform werden an beiden Seiten einer gewöhnlichen Blechscheibe B Buckel cl herausgedrückt. Diese Buckel werden so hoch gemacht, dafs die beiden Scheiben, zwischen welchen diese ausgebuckelte Platte C liegt, ebenso weit von einander entfernt werden, wie'die Zähne b von einander abstehen. Die Zähne c der Abstandsplatte C sind rechtwinklig verdreht, so dafs deren Seitenkanten mit den Zähnen der benachbarten Platten (Fig. 3) m Berührung kommen und diese stützen. Beim Zusammensetzen eines Ankerkernes mit diesen Abstandsplatten werden Lufträume geschaffen, welche eine reiche und wirksame Ventilation o-ewähren.
