Es ist weiterhin bekannt, zusätzlich für einen gewissen Wärmeaustausch zwischen der Behandlungsstufe mit der höchsten Temperatur und der oder einer der Behandlungsstufen mit geringerer Temperatur zu sorgen, was ebenfalls über einen zusätzlichen Wärmetauscher geschehen kann.
