Abstract

Das Bearbeiten von thermoplastischen Kunststoffteilen erfolgt u. a. durch Anblasen mit heißer Luft und anschließendes Formen mit kalten Stempeln. Dabei sind bisher mehrere Arbeitsschritte durch Verfahren der Komponenten oder der Einsatz von ungenauen gefederten Elementen nötig. Dies führt zu langen Bearbeitungszeiten oder ungenügender Qualität der Teile. DOLLAR A Durch die neue Heißlufteinheit, ausgelegt als Wärmetauscher, findet das Anblasen und Formen der Teile in gleicher Achse bei völlig individuell sowie separat regel- und steuerbarer Heißluftdüse und Formstempel statt. DOLLAR A Somit sind sehr schnelle Bearbeitungszeiten bei hoher Qualität möglich. DOLLAR A Ferner erlaubt dieser Aufbau den Einsatz von Kraft- und Wegsensoren zum individuellen Steuern des Arbeitsprozesses über ein elektronisches Proportionalitätsventil. Dadurch wird der mögliche Anwendungsbereich erheblich erweitert und der Nachweis der Prozeßsicherheit über Drucker oder PC-Kommunikation bis hin zur statistischen Auswertung gewährleistet.

Description

  • Es ist bekannt, thermoplastische Kunststoffe durch Anblasen mit heißer Luft und anschließendes Formen mit kalten Stempeln zu bearbeiten. Dabei ist es bisher allerdings nötig, die Bearbeitung in mehreren Arbeitsschritten oder durch gefederte Stempel vorzunehmen.
  • Der im Patentanspruch angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, schnelle und reproduzierbare Bearbeitungen mit hoher Qualität zu erzielen.
  • Dieses Problem wird durch die in den Patentansprüchen aufgeführten Merkmalen gelöst.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben:
    • – Zum Einbau in Fertigungsanlagen besitzt die kompakte Heißlufteinheit eine Basisplatte (1).
    • – Mit einem pneumatischen Linearschlitten (2) wird der Heißluftkopf auf und ab bewegt. Die Fahrgeschwindigkeit ist dabei individuell regelbar.
    • – In ein spezielles Formstück (3) mit Hochleistungsheizband (4) und integrierter Thermorückführung (5) zur elektronischen Temperaturregelung wird separat regelbare Druckluft (6) eingebracht und bis zu max. 600°C erwärmt.
    • – Nach dem Abfahren vom Heißluftkopf auf das zu bearbeitende Kunststoffteil wird über eine aufgeschraubte Düse (7) die erwärmte Druckluft über den Nietschaft geblasen. Die Anblasdauer für das jeweilige Kunststoffteil wird dabei elektronisch geregelt.
    • – Nach Ablauf der Anblaszeit (Nietschaft ist plastifiziert), fährt der auswechselbare Formstempel (8) durch den Pneumatikzylinder mit verdrehgesicherter Kolbenstange (9) und die in Führungsbuchsen (10) gelagerte Druckstange nach unten und nietet das Teil.
    • – Durch separat regelbare Druckluft (11) wird die Arbeitsstelle gekühlt und dabei verfestigt. Danach fährt die gesamte Heißlufteinheit in die Grundstellung zurück.
  • OPTIONEN (12)
  • Auf Bedarf kann durch Einbau eines Kraft- sowie Wegsensors über ein Proportionalitätsventil der Nietprozess individuell elektronisch gesteuert und protokolliert werden.

Claims (4)

  1. Kompakte Heißlufteinheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die Anblasdüse als auch der Formstempel in einer Achse liegen und separat pneumatisch oder motorisch angesteuert werden
  2. Schnelle Bearbeitungszeiten für Kunststoffe, gekennzeichnet durch völlig variables Anblasen und Formen mit regelbarer Heiß- oder Kaltluft
  3. Individuelle Prozeßsteuerung, gekennzeichnet durch Temperatur-Profilregelung bzw. steuerbare Ausströmgeschwindigkeit von Heiß- oder Kaltluft während des Bearbeitungsvorganges
  4. Qualitätssicherung und statistische Auswertung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arbeitsprozess über Kraft-, Weg- und Temperaturmeßsensorik elektronisch überwacht und protokolliert wird
