Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wasserverteilsystem, insbesondere für den Einsatz in Wasch- und Spülmaschinen sowie in Getränkeautomaten.The invention relates to a water distribution system, especially for use in washing machines and dishwashers as well as in vending machines.
Wasserverteilsysteme in Wasch- und Spülmaschinen haben die Aufgabe, Wasserwege innerhalb der Maschine zu verbinden, nacheinander verschiedene Waschmittel in die Maschine einzuspülen, Durchflußmengen zu regeln oder Sicherheitsvorgaben bzgl. der Trennung von Wasserwegen zu erfüllen.Water distribution systems in washing and dishwashers have the task of connecting waterways within the machine, flushing different detergents into the machine one after the other, flow rates to regulate or safety requirements regarding the separation of waterways to fulfill.
Stand der Technik sind:

- b) Wasserverteilsysteme mit Crossflowtechnik, wobei mittels 2 Ventilen 3 Ausgänge beschickt werden Nachteilig ist die ungenaue Funktion des Systems, insbesondere die Abhängigkeit von der Wassereinlaufgeschwindigkeit. Weiterhin nachteilig ist, daß nur drei Verteilwege realisiert werden können
- c) Wasserverteilsysteme mit Stellmotoren, womit eine Wasserzulaufdüse in verschiedene Positionen schwenkbar ist. Nachteilig ist, daß die Düse aufgrund der geringen Positionsgenauigkeit keine druckübertragende Wirkung hat. Die Anzahl der Abgänge ist beschränkt. Die Durchflußmengenregler sind nicht im Wasserverteilsystem integriert.

- – Möglichkeit der Integration eines Wasserdurchflußmengenerfassungssystems (Flügelradzähler)
- – Einsparung von Schlauchverbindungen durch Integration der Komponenten
- – Möglichkeit zur Integration eines Wasserdurchflußmengenbegrenzers
- – Möglichkeit zur Integration eines Sensors zur Erfassung der Medientemperatur
- – genaue Positionierung / Verriegelung des rotierenden Düsenteils
- – Ermittlung der aktuellen Kammerposition durch Referenzdrehung, dabei Abtastung von Positionierungsnocken, Auswertung der Motorstromaufnahme (Nockenwiederstand), oder berührungslos oder mechanisch tastend Sensoren
- – Wasser kann nach Luftstrecke im Gehäuse bzw. über gängige Anschlußsysteme weitergeleitet werden
- – Integration von Prüfkanälen zur Dichtheitheitsprüfung der geschweißten Gehäuseteile
- – Bei Antrieb mit AC Motor Synchronmotor mit z.B. 600U/min ist eine Untersetzungsstufe ausreichend, der Einsatz eines DC Motor ist möglich

Der Einsatz mehrerer Düsensätze (gerichtete Wasserstrahlen) in Waschmittelschubladen zur besseren Einspülung des Reinigers ist möglich.
