Verfahren zur Herstellung von schwarzem Kohle- und Durchschreibpapier
Es ist bekannt, Kohlepapiere und Durchschreill-
pa.piere in der Weise herzustellen, daß auf ein Träger-
papier eine Farbschicht, bestehend aus wachsartigen
Verbindungen, öligen Substanzen, Weichmachern und
Pigmenten bzw. gelösten Farbstoffen, aufgetragen
wird.
Die Farbabgabe dieser üblichen Vervielfältigungs-
papiere erfolgt in der Weise, elaß unter dem hohen
Druck des Typenschlages bzw. des Schreibstiftes an
den betroffenen Stellen ein Teil der Farbwachsschicht
abgelöst und auf das ullte-rgel.egte Papier übertragen
wird.
M'ichtig ist also, claß die Haftfestigkeit an der
Papieroberfläche größer ist als der innere Zusammen-
hang der Farbwachssohicht. Dies bedingt als nach-
teilige Eigenschaft ein Anhaften des Kohlepapiers an
der beschriebenen Unterlage, das sich beim Abnehmen
st<*)re,nc1 bemerkbar macht. Die übertragenen Farh-
tvachsteilchen, die deal Schriftzug zusammensetrcn.
liegen an der Oberfläche des heschriehe:nen Papiers.
Sie werden infolge Abwanderung des Weichmachers
in die Papi erfaserschicht nach und nach härter, jedoch
nicht vollkommen wischfest.
Hin weiterer Nachteil der üblichen Kohle- und
Durchschreibpapiere ist, dall die abgeschriebenen
Stellen aufgelockert und viel leichter abgabefähig
geworden sind. @@"e@lill danach oin Blatt Papier unter-
gelegt wird. kann dieses noch einen schwachen Ah-
dl-lick der Schriftzüge erhalten, der möglicherweise
leserlich ist.
Diese 1%Iiiiige1 des üblichen Kohle- und Durch-
s.chreillpapiers hat ina.n zu vermeiden versucht, rodeln
man die- Farbstoffe bzw. Pigmente als l;ouzentrierte,
ölige Lösung oder Dispersion in einer fest zusammen-
hängenden, feinporigen Trägerschicht aufgesogen auf
ein geeignetes Trägerpapier aufbrachte. Bei solchen
Papieren erfolgt unter dem Schre-ilidruch Allgabe der'
Farl>stofflösuing (>der Dispersion durch die Poren der
Kunststoffschicht, jedoch nodli nicht durch Druck mit
der Fiugerfl@ic.lie. Da keine klebenden Bestandteile
zwischen Farbschicht und Papierunterlage aus-
getauscht werden, ist auch kein Anba.ften zu hx-
obachten. Die Sc.liriftziige sind sofort wischfest, wenn
auch nicht ganz so farbkräftig wie die mit einem
Farl)wachcpa.pier hergestellten Durch s,cliriften.
Dieses Verfahren ist nur einigen wenigen
Farbstoffen, die sich in hoher 1,#,olizentra.tion lösen
la@@t,ll, anwendbar.
Wollte man hiernach jedoch etwa ein schwarze.
Kohle- und Durch:schreibpapier mit gelösten schwarzen
Farbstoffen (Schwarzfarbstoffgeinisch) herstellen, so
müßte inan sich mit einer sehr geringen Intensität der
l)urch.schriften begnügen.
Fs lassen sich auch nicht alle Pigmente als farb-
gebende Bestandteile verwenden, da erfahrungsgemäß
der Verteilungszustand vieler Pigmente in der Schicht
sich nach einiger Zeit so verändert, daß die Farbkraft
der beim Schreibvorgang ausgepreßten Dispersion
stark ahuninlnt. Damit ist aber die Haltbarkeit solcher
L@ arbpapiere begrenzt.

Stoffon. die in polaren organischen 1_äsungs- und
Weich.machungsinittelu als Schutzdispersoide für Ruß
und andere liodidisperse Pigmente wirken. Beim Zu-
satz dieser Stoffe bleibt die freie Brown:sche Beweg-
lichkeit der Pimentteilchen i,m Weichmacher und finit
diesem in den' feinen Hohlräumen de,- Trägerschicht
erhalten, wodurch die Lagerfähigkeit des Papiers ge-
währleistet ist.
Verbindungen mit solcher \Virksainkeit sind ei-till-
dungsgenläß Porphyrille. Chlorophvlline bzw. die voll
der Herstellung von graphischen Druckfarben und
Kunstharzfärbungen bekannten I'litlia:locy<l,nine, all-
gemein Verbindungen, die den Poi-p.hinke:rn enthalten
und in den a,ngeweindeten Lösern und Weichmachern
kolloidal löslich sind. Rußelispersioneu. die z. B. mit
Scliwerlneta.llli:hthalocv.uiinen in Rizinusölfettsäure-
Glvzerinestern hergestellt sind, können mit Aceton,
1letlivläthvlketon, :@thvlalkohol, Butvlacetat u. ä. weit-
gehend verdünnt werden, ohne daß eine merkliche
:Änderung des Verteilungszustandes eintritt.
So ist die Möglichkeit gegeben, einen bedeutenden
Teil des in die ursprüngliche Masse cingebracliten
Ruße: aus den. damit hergestellten Schichten durch
den Schreibdruck zum Austritt zu l--,ewegen und eine
ti,efschNvarze- Durchschrift zti erzeugen. Die Wirksam-
keit dieser erw"ihinten Stoffe ist, wie gesagt, nicht auf
Ruß allein beschränkt. Auch mit anderen hocUdis-
1lersen Pigmenten lassen sich in der erfindungs-
gemäßen Weise Durchschriften in anderen Farbtönen herstellen. Bei
spiel1 7,5 Teile eines Phthalocyannblaues (bekannt als Zaponechtblau) und 1,0 Teile
Polym.ethinfarbstoff, bekannt aus Schultz' Farbstofftabellen als »Astraphloxinz«,
werden in 46,5 Teilen Rizinolsäureglyzerinester unter Rühren bei 60° C innerhalb
20 Minuten gelöst. Nach dem Abkühlen werden 15 Teile Gasruß hinzugemischt und das
