Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von rauchschwachem Pulver ohne Lösungsmittel Bei der Herstellung von rauchschwachem Pulver ohne Lösungsmittel verfährt man in der Technik auf folgende Weise: In einem Behälter wird eine wäßrige Suspension von Nitrocellulose unter Rühren mit den vorgesehenen Mengen Sprengöl, Stabilisatoren und sonstigen Pulverbestandteilen vermischt. Nachdem das Sprengöl von der Nitrocellulose aufgenommen ist, wird die Masse in Zentrifugen abgeschleudert. Die so erhaltene Rohmasse wird - gegebenenfalls nach Einschaltung einer bestimmten Reifezeit - zerkleinert, gemischt und schließlich auf einem geheizten Walzwerk zu einer plastischen Masse verknetet. Dieser Arbeitsgang, bei dem sich der Wassergehalt der Rohmasse auf 4 bis 5% erniedrigt und die Gelatinierung der Nitrocellulose vor sich geht, ist zeitraubend und erfordert viel Handarbeit.
