Zu diesem Zweck besteht die Erfindung darin, daß das Werkzeug als starrer, auf seiner Mantelfläche mit Durchbrechungen versehener hohler Zylinder ausgebildet ist, dessen Innenraum mit der Außenluft in Verbindung steht und der mittels eines Handgriffs unter rollender oder schaukelnder Bewegung gegen den Überzug drückbar ist. Das Werkzeug ist zweckmäßig als fester gelochter Hohlzylinder mit öffnungen ausgebildet, der Endteile aufweist, die einen freien Luftdurchgang gestatten, wobei der Hohlzylinder als Arbeitsfläche ein Drahtnetz aufweist. Das Werkzeug kann auch in festem axialem Abstand angeordnete Scheiben sowie eine verhältnismäßig feste, aus einem Drahtnetz bestehende, auf den äußeren Rändern der Scheiben gehaltene Umhüllung aufweisen.
