Dies hat den Vorteil, dass das sicherheitsrelevante Öffnen bzw. Entriegeln des Kraftfahrzeuges erst unmittelbar vor dem Betreten durch eine berechtigte Person erfolgt, während die weitere Funktion, welche die Sicherheit nicht beeinträchtigt, sondern dem Komfort dient, unabhängig von der Öffnungs- und Schließfunktion schon weitaus früher, d.h. in einer größeren Entfernung von dem Kraftfahrzeug ausführbar ist.
