Technik mittels Reibrollen angetrieben. Zu diesem Zweck werden die Carrier
auf einen zweispurigen Rollenbahn gelagert. In bestimmten Abständen befinden
sich von einem Motor-häufig einem Gleichstrommotor-angetriebene
Rollenpaare.
- 2. Die Gleichstrommotoren besitzen Kohlebürsten. Diese haben infolge der
Kommutierungsvorgänge "Bürstenabrieb" der ebenfalls zur
Verunreinigung des Clean-Rooms führen.
Transport trolleys, so-called carriers, are driven using friction rollers, for example, in clean room technology. For this purpose, the carriers are stored on a two-track roller conveyor. At certain intervals there are pairs of rollers driven by a motor, often a DC motor. The rollers transmit their circumferential torque to the underside of the carrier, giving it a drive pulse so that it moves in the desired color direction. The friction rollers are arranged so that the following pair of rollers comes into engagement before leaving the first driving pair of rollers. This solution has two major disadvantages:
- 1. A slip occurs between the driving roller pairs and the corresponding contact surfaces of the carrier, which leads to wear of the friction roller lining. Contamination occurs which must be removed by the filter system of the clean room.
- 2. The DC motors have carbon brushes. As a result of the commutation processes, these have "brush abrasion" which also lead to contamination of the clean room.
Regular cleaning cycles are required for the reasons mentioned.
The filter systems must be suitable for the above-mentioned air pollution
to eliminate.
Erfindung.
It is the intention of those described below to eliminate these disadvantages
Invention.
The carrier is carried and guided by a magnetic bearing system. This is constructed in such a way that, using the repulsive forces that exist between magnets of the same polarity, the carrier hovers at a certain height above a standing magnet arrangement. Such an arrangement is located on both sides of the route. On the underside of the carrier there are also magnets whose polarity on the underside is equal to the polarity of the standing magnet arrangement on the top. The repulsive forces occurring between the magnet arrangements cause the carrier to float without contact. The arrangement of the magnets is such that permanent magnets are arranged in the standing part, ie on the roadway, in such a way that they form a seamless magnetic strip. It is irrelevant which polarity the two magnetic strips have on the top. she can
have the same or different polarity on both strips. So it may be that both magnetic strips have a north or south pole at the top or that one strip has a north and the other a south pole. The polarity of the magnets in the carrier is then opposite.
The load capacity of the magnet arrangement is determined by the sizes of the air gap between the magnets in the standing ledge and those in the carrier, the magnetic properties of the permanent magnets used and their goometric dimensions and their geometrical arrangement. The following geometrical arrangements are possible:
a magnetic strip consisting of a magnet ( Fig. 1).
a magnetic strip consisting of two or more parallel magnets without or with a space ( Fig. 2).
Entsprechende Magnetanordnungen werden auch im Carrier verwendet. Dabei
clean-roomgeeignetem Belag versehen. Diese Rollen arbeiten verschleißfrei.
Corresponding magnet arrangements are also used in the carrier. The geometry in the carrier and in the magnetic strips does not have to match. The support system is based on repulsive forces in the magnetic field. It is therefore in an unstable equilibrium state when the magnetic strips and carrier are symmetrical to one another. If this symmetry is not present, forces occur perpendicular to the direction of movement. These have to be compensated. For this purpose, rollers are used ( Fig. 3), which prevent a deviation from the symmetry. Since the lateral forces are far below a Newton in the case of small asymmetry, the rollers are not subject to any significant forces. You will be provided with a flooring suitable for clean rooms. These roles work wear-free.
Der Antrieb des Carriers erfolgt mittels Linearmotoren. Hierzu wird ein
Einfachstator- (Fig. 4) oder Doppelstatormotor (Fig. 5) verwendet. Die
entsprechenden Statoren stehen z. B. zwischen den Tragleisten. Sie können auch
seitlich außerhalb angeordnet werden. Das entsprechende Sekundärteil des
Linearmotors wird so angeordnet, daß
In
The carrier is driven by linear motors. For this purpose a Einfachstator- (Fig. 4) or Doppelstatormotor (Fig. 5). The corresponding stators are e.g. B. between the support strips. They can also be arranged laterally outside. The corresponding secondary part of the linear motor is arranged so that
- 1. In the case of a single stator, an electrically conductive plate faces the stator surface. The stator generates a magnetic traveling field when current is fed in. This induces a voltage in the plate mentioned which drives a current. Its direction is perpendicular to that of the hiking field. The interaction between the traveling field and the current in question generates a force which is in turn perpendicular to the two quantities mentioned and which drives the carrier.
In order to make the magnetic field of the generator as large as possible, a magnetic yoke is provided in the carrier. This consists of a ferromagnetic that can be solid or laminated. \
The carrier can be driven so that the stator and the secondary part of the linear motor are in constant engagement. That means that e.g. B. the stator or the secondary part have a length that corresponds to the entire route. In this case, the secondary part is accelerated according to the characteristic of the motor ( FIG. 6) to the speed at which the driving force and the required movement force of the carrier are in balance. The characteristic of the linear motor can be changed by frequency, or voltage or frequency-voltage setting ( Fig. 6)
Another variant is the pulse drive. The length of the secondary part is very short. If the stator and the secondary part face each other, a drive pulse occurs, the duration of which is determined by the lengths of the stator and the secondary part.
The speed generated is dependent on the thrust force, the mass to be moved and the action time of the thrust force according to the pulse rate.
m × v = F × t
The exposure time in turn is determined by the length of the secondary part. This makes it possible for known sizes m (mass). v (speed), F (force) and t (exposure time) the driving speed to be achieved through design measures without using an electronic frequency and voltage control. This allows the linear motor to be connected directly to the mains. - 2. With the double stator motor, a secondary part is required that is attached vertically to the carrier. The forces that can be generated are greater here than with the simple stator. Otherwise, the findings under 1. The disadvantage is that the secondary part protrudes down into the road and takes up additional space there.
It is also possible to use a synchronous linear motor. In this case, the secondary part consists of an arrangement of permanent magnets, the pole pitch of which corresponds to that of the stator. However, a measuring system is required, which allows the stator to be supplied with current in the correct phase
Beschreibung der Erfindung (Fig. 7)Description of the invention ( Fig. 7)
An deren Unterseite
The carrier to be moved consists of the base plate ( 1 ). The support magnets ( 2 ) are attached to their underside. which are so opposed to those which are arranged along the route ( 3 ) that the polarity (N-N; SS) is always the same. These lie on a magnetic yoke ( 4 ). The said base plate ( 1 ) consists of an electrically highly conductive material which is as light as possible, such as, for. B. copper or aluminum. If a single stator linear motor is used, it can be provided with a magnetic yoke ( 4 ) in the middle of the carrier (as seen in the direction of travel). This faces the stator of the linear motor ( 5 ) and should be wider than this in order to achieve maximum thrust.
