Description

VorbemerkungPreliminary note

The term "cell phone" for all types of mobile phones is although it sounds English, an artificial word invented in Germany. This now has such a fixed entrance in our dealings language found that it is also here in the patent application may be used.

We seniors are now making an ever bigger one Share of the population. Nevertheless, you have until now practically no thought about why this big one Group of people is so reluctant to buy a cell phone. The reason: We seniors need - unlike younger generations - a cell phone hardly for general communication, but mainly only for EMERGENCY, that means the numbers of ambulance and fire brigade (which are mostly identical), as well as the police emergency number.

The cell phones on the market now have increasingly sophisticated technology. But you don't have that basic requirements that are necessary to also to enable elderly, acutely ill people - even at half Unconsciousness - in the simplest way the necessary, often send life-saving emergency calls and receive emergency aid. This does not only include the color design, which is not here Has "design character", but bitter, functional necessity is. Even the actual technology of the senior emergency Cell phones are fundamentally different from those be offered on the market. So the elderly has emergency Handy only 2 very large, handy signal buttons that are unmistakable bar, and a toggle switch to activate the operating fair even for awkward fingers in a side case deepening lies.

The quality of the inventive step is also due to this realize that, unfortunately, differed in different areas emergency numbers by small signal boxes within of the cell phone housing must be set correctly.

We seniors are getting older and are therefore often single. That is why more and more raids are coming to our age group. If it’s not just serious criminals, it will someone who wants to attack a senior citizen has already been put off, if he has this with an activated senior emergency cell phone and the Hand facing the green police emergency button. Basically, the senior emergency cell phone is very robust because apart from the transmitter and receiver unit, it only has one power capable battery as a power source.

The applicant has therefore set himself the technical task to develop a mobile phone, which meets the above requirements. This means in particular that it is only reflex-like Operation must be flawless if z. B. immediately before my heart attack or stroke everything blurs in front of my eyes and you can practically operate "blind" switches and buttons to hopefully to be able to give the address.

The senior emergency cell phone is fundamentally different from the market offer of mobile phones and has only with them part of the designation together.

The claim therefore relates to a mobile phone especially for seniors, which, as enclosed, is detailed described, by only two large, handy, distinctive Signal buttons and a bulky toggle switch also on the outside poor health is safe to use without looking.

Claims (1)

  • A) Gehäusefarbe: Signalgelb
Senior emergency cell phone, which is characterized by the following overall criteria:
  • A) Housing color: signal yellow
  • B) The hand has only 2 large, handy signal buttons. These go over the entire width of the housing. Key thickness approx. 10 mm.
  • C) The signal button in the upper part of the housing is intended for the police emergency call and is therefore in signal green.
  • D) The lower part of the housing has a signal button like C), but in signal red; so emergency fire and ambulance services.
  • E) Because emergency numbers are unfortunately not uniform everywhere, there are 3 small signal boxes inside the cell phone housing behind the two large signal buttons, which are identified by the numbers 0 to 9. This means that the different emergency numbers must be set for each area.
  • F) The senior emergency cell phone is activated by a large, handy toggle switch that goes deep over the entire housing and can also be used by clumsy fingers.
  • G) This toggle switch is located in a recess on one side of the housing, approximately in the longitudinal center on the right side.
  • H) When this toggle switch is operated, a red diode lights up, which indicates that the mobile phone is ready for use.
  • I) If one of the two signal buttons is not operated, this diode also serves to check whether the battery is in good working order.
  • J) The senior emergency cell phone does not have a display, but only a powerful transmitting and receiving unit in the middle for the programmed emergency numbers.
  • K) The senior emergency cell phone has a stable, rotatable metal eyelet on its narrow side so that a carrying strap can be securely attached so that the cell phone is always ready to hand.
