Abstract
Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einer Hochdruckpumpe (14), durch die Kraftstoff in einen Speicher (16) gefördert wird, mit dem an Zylindern der Brennkraftmaschine angeordnete Injektoren (18) verbunden sind, wobei am Speicher (16) ein Drucksensor (24) angeordnet ist, der elektrisch mit einer elektronischen Steuereinrichtung (22) verbunden ist, und mit einem Kraftstofftemperatursensor (40), der elektrisch mit der Steuereinrichtung (22) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Hochdruckpumpe (14) vorgeschaltete Kraftstoffzumeßeinrichtung (28) vorgesehen ist, die elektrisch mit der Steuereinrichtung (22) verbunden ist und die durch die Steuereinrichtung (22) derart angesteuert wird, daß der Zulauf von Kraftstoff zur Hochdruckpumpe (14) so eingestellt wird, daß durch die Hochdruckpumpe (14) eine Kraftstoffmenge in den Speicher (16) gefördert wird, die erforderlich ist, um im Speicher (16) einen vorgegebenen Druck aufrechtzuerhalten, und daß der Kraftstofftemperatursensor (40) in den Drucksensor (24) integriert ist und zusammen mit dem Drucksensor(24) über ein gemeinsames Steckerteil(26) elektronisch kontaktiert ist.Fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine with a high-pressure pump (14), is conveyed by the fuel in a memory (16) with the arranged on cylinders of the internal combustion engine injectors (18) are connected to the memory (16), a pressure sensor (24) is arranged electrically connected to an electronic control device (22) and to a fuel temperature sensor (40) electrically connected to the control device (22), characterized in that a fuel metering device (28) is provided upstream of the high pressure pump (14), which is electrically connected to the control device (22) and which is controlled by the control device (22) such that the supply of fuel to the high-pressure pump (14) is adjusted so that an amount of fuel in the memory (16 ), which is required to maintain a predetermined pressure in the memory (16), and that the fuel temperature sensor (40) is integrated in the pressure sensor (24) and is contacted electronically together with the pressure sensor (24) via a common plug part (26).

Diese Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung weist eine Hochdruckpumpe auf, durch die Kraftstoff in einen Speicher gefördert wird. Mit dem Speicher sind an den Zylindern der Brennkraftmaschine angeordnete Injektoren verbunden. Am Speicher ist ein Drucksensor angeordnet, der mit einer elektronischen Steuereinrichtung verbunden ist. Es ist außerdem ein Kraftstofftemperatursensor vorgesehen, der mit der Steuereinrichtung verbunden ist. Der Kraftstofftemperatursensor ist dabei in einem Rücklauf von Kraftstoff aus dem Speicher angeordnet, wobei für dessen Einbau zusätzliche Maßnahmen erforderlich sind und für dessen elektrische Kontaktierung mit separaten Leitungen und Anschlüssen weiterer Aufwand erforderlich ist.
