Abstract

The invention relates to a displacement system for manually displacing an object on a surface in a defined displacement direction into an opening in a piece of furniture, preferably a base cabinet or the like, or on a piece of furniture, in particular a kitchen worktop, wherein the object has a front side and a back side and wherein the back side of the object is first displaced along the displacement direction, in particular into the opening, comprising a base element, wherein the base element has at least one base foot protruding from the base element, which spaced the base element at a first distance from the surface, and wherein between the back side of the base element and the first base, starting from the back side and counter to the displacement direction, at least one elongated sliding element is arranged, which protrudes from the base element in the direction of the surface at a height, wherein the height is smaller than the first distance and wherein the at least one sliding element extends perpendicular to the displacement direction.

Description

The invention relates to a displacement system for manually displacing an object on a surface in a defined displacement direction into an opening of a piece of furniture, preferably a base cabinet or the like, or on a piece of furniture, in particular a kitchen worktop, wherein the object has a front side and a back side and wherein the back side of the object is first displaced along the displacement direction, in particular into the opening.

The invention further relates to an article, in particular a beverage system, preferably for arrangement in a piece of furniture, comprising a floor element.

The invention further relates to a method for manually moving an object in a defined direction of movement on a surface into an opening of a piece of furniture, preferably a base cabinet or the like, or on a piece of furniture, in particular a kitchen worktop.

The invention further relates to a piece of furniture with an inserted object.

Although the present invention is generally applicable to any objects and furniture, the present invention is explained with reference to a beverage system for installation in a kitchen base cabinet.

Beverage systems are becoming increasingly common in kitchens for personal use. These are usually connected to the central domestic water network and process the drinking water provided into various types of beverages with the help of other substances and aids. The beverage can be dispensed to a user using a sanitary fitting, such as a faucet or a dedicated dispenser. These beverage systems are installed in base cabinets, particularly due to their size. The beverage systems often have rubber feet to insulate them from noise, which means that the beverage system is difficult for an on-site fitter to install in the base cabinet due to its weight.

To solve the problem, it is possible, for example, to EP 3 699 138 A1 It has become known to arrange wheels in the floor of the beverage plant.

The disadvantage here is that the wheels in the lower area of the beverage system protrude into its interior and thus significantly limit the installation space for components of the beverage system such as filters and the like inside.

From the US 2010/116847 A1 It has also become known to arrange a frame with a pull-out in the base cabinet in advance and then to slide the beverage system into the base cabinet using the pull-out.

The disadvantage is that the installation is extremely time-consuming and expensive due to the pull-out frame. In addition, the space in the base cabinet is significantly limited by the frame.

An object of the present invention is therefore to provide a displacement system, a method for manually displacing an object, an object and a piece of furniture which are easier to assemble or provide and more cost-effective to produce and at the same time limit the installation space in the base cabinet little or not at all.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an alternative sliding system, an alternative object, an alternative method for manual sliding and an alternative piece of furniture.

In one embodiment, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems with a displacement system for manually displacing an object on a surface in a defined displacement direction into an opening in a piece of furniture, preferably a base cabinet or the like, or on a piece of furniture, in particular a kitchen worktop, wherein the object has a front side and a back side and wherein the back side of the object is first displaced along the displacement direction, in particular into the opening, comprising a floor element, wherein the floor element has at least one base protruding from the floor element, which spaced the floor element at a first distance from the surface, and wherein between the back side of the floor element and the first base, starting from the back side and counter to the displacement direction, at least one elongated sliding element is arranged, which protrudes from the floor element in the direction of the surface at a height, wherein the height is smaller than the first distance and wherein the at least one sliding element extends perpendicular to the displacement direction.

In a further embodiment, the present invention achieves the above-mentioned objects with a piece of furniture with an inserted object according to claim 9.

One of the advantages achieved is that a fitter can arrange an object in a piece of furniture such as a base cabinet or on a piece of furniture, for example a kitchen worktop, in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner. The complex and costly assembly of additional elements in the base cabinet such as frames, pull-outs or the like, or the laborious pushing and moving of the object on a worktop, can be eliminated. Another advantage is that the installation space in the object and in the base cabinet remains fully usable. Another advantage is that handling is made much easier.

Further features, advantages and further embodiments of the invention are described below or will become apparent thereby.

According to an advantageous development of the invention, the at least one sliding element is provided with at least one radius. The advantage of this is reliable sliding and tilting without damaging the surface, for example of a worktop.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the at least one sliding element has several radii and/or when several sliding elements are arranged, at least two of the sliding elements have a different radius. The advantage of this is that the flexibility with regard to moving the object is increased, so that simple lifting and moving can be provided depending on the lifting height.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the height of the sliding element is more than half of the first distance. This avoids the object having to be tilted too far upwards in order to be moved.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the sliding element is made of a harder material than the at least one base of the base plate. The advantage of this is that the object can slide more easily when being moved.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the floor element has a detachably arranged sliding handle. This makes handling much easier for a fitter when lifting and moving. The sliding handle can be removed again after moving and used for another object.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the base element is plate-shaped. The advantage of this is a simple arrangement of feet and sliding elements and a simple arrangement on the underside of an object.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the at least one base can be fixed to the floor element in a form-fitting and/or friction-fitting manner, in particular detachably. The advantage of this is simple arrangement and exchangeability in the event of maintenance.

In the 1 and 2 a known sliding system 1 is shown. The sliding system 1 comprises a base plate 2 which has inner feet 3b made of rubber and, in the area of the front 2b and back 2a of the base plate 2, feet 3a, 3c on the underside 2d thereof, which space the base plate 2 from a cabinet floor 4. An object can be arranged on an upper side 2c of the base plate 2 or the base plate 2 can be designed as part of an object. The distance between the underside 2d of the base plate 2 and the cabinet floor 4 is given by the height 7 of the feet 3a, 3b, 3c. If the base plate 2, which can be arranged on an object, is now to be moved, it is lifted at the front 2b so that all feet 3a, 3b, 3c no longer have contact with the cabinet floor 4. In other words, the base plate 2, or more precisely one edge of the base plate 2, now rests directly on the cabinet floor 4 at its rear side 2a. In the 1 and 2 the feet 3a, 3b, 3c have a height 7 of 2.7 mm. In order to ensure that the feet 3a, 3b, 3c no longer have contact with the cabinet floor 4 at a given distance from the back 2a of the base plate 2 and the length of the base plate 2, the base plate 2 must be raised by an angle 15 of 4 degrees on the front 2b in the direction 11 perpendicular to the cabinet floor 4 to a lifting height 12 of approximately 50 mm. In this state, the base plate 2 can now be moved in the direction 10 parallel to the cabinet floor on its edge on the back 2a of the base plate 2.

When the base plate 2 is not raised, the sliding skids 5 are at a distance of 10 mm from the floor, thus protruding 17 mm (reference number 8) from the underside 2d of the base plate 2 in the direction of the cabinet floor 4.

To move the base plate 2, it is moved analogously to the 2 at its front side 2b in the lifting direction 11. The base plate 2 is then raised at the front side 2b until all the feet 3a, 3b, 3c no longer have contact with the cabinet floor 4. Due to the sliding skids 5 in the area of the rear side 2a of the base plate 2, this already occurs at an angle 15 of 2 degrees and a lifting height 13 of approximately 25 mm, which is half the lifting height 12 of the base plate 2 of the 1 and 2 if the dimensions of the base plate 2 and the feet 3a, 3b, 3c are taken as for the base plate 2 according to the 1 and 2 trained.

In 7 is shown in a sectional view a housing 16 of an object in the lower region with a base plate 2.

The base plate 2 is L-shaped or U-shaped in cross section in the form of a trough and is connected to the housing 16 via a screw connection 17 on the vertical leg 2e. The trough shape can be used to collect water from a water-carrying object due to leaks in the object and to pass it on to leak sensors if necessary. In the transition area between the vertical leg 2e and the horizontal leg 2f of the base plate 2, a skid 5 is arranged on the horizontal leg 2f.
